Career to date: Averaged 24.3 points, 12 rebounds and 5.5 blocks
per game as a senior.  Member of the 2002 Missouri Valley Conference
All-Freshman team as a Bradley freshman, averaging 11.1 points and
7.1 rebounds in 24.6 minutes per game.  Posted 19.2 points and
7.9 rebounds in just 27.1 minutes over 14 contests as a
sophomore at Bradley before transferring to UNM in January.  As
a junior at New Mexico, garned First Team All-MWC honors, as
well as First Team All-District 13 by the National Association
of Basketball Coaches and All-District 8 by the National
Basketball Writers Association.  Averaged 19.5 points (1st in
the MWC), 9.0 rebounds (5th), 1.3 steals (7th) and 1.4 blocks
(4th).

Scouting Report: Perhaps the nation's most underrated talent ...
A tremendous athlete, has great size and is fundamentally sound
... Excellent shooter, rebounder, passer, ball thief and
shot-blocker ... Plays smart ... Gets to the line like a maniac
... A team guy ... Makes those around him better with his
ability to draw the defensive focus ... Extremely efficient on
the offensive end, despite being a prolific scorer ... A
sure-fire NBA first-rounder, and possible lottery selection.

Stat Stuffer: Had 70 blocks in 2001-02, the third-highest total
in Bradley history and the second-best total by an MVC frosh,
trailing Creighton's Benoit Benjamin.  Swatted seven shots at
Southwest Missouri, tying an arena record.

Fun Fact: Granger graduated in the top 10 percent of his class
at Metairie (La.) Grace King High School.

Six Degrees of MJ: Granger's New Mexico teammate Troy DeVries
played at Portland State with Anthony Lackey, who competed for
the Vikings with Ime Udoka, who played on the Los Angles Lakers
with Horace Grant, who competed on the Chicago Bulls with Michael
Jordan.
