(AP) -- Manuel Lagos scored the first two goals of his career and set up two more as the Tampa Bay Mutiny beat the New England Revolution 5-1 Saturday in Major League Soccer. Tampa (13-14) extended its winning streak to four games. Lagos' six points equaled a Mutiny single-game scoring high. Raul Diaz Arce, Carlos Valderrama and Mauricio Ramos also scored for the Mutiny, who set a single-game mark for most goals. Tampa Bay opened the scoring in the 15th minute when Lagos got past a sluggish Revolution defense before ripping a shot past New England goalkeeper Walter Zenga from eight yards. The lone bright spot of the evening for the Revolution (9-17) came in the 17th minute, when Giovanni Savarese headed in an equalizer from six yards out. New England has won just once in its last 10. Lagos got his second goal of the game at the 20-minute mark. Diaz Arce gave the Mutiny a 3-1 cushion with a goal in the 38th minute. Valderrama scored his third goal of the season three minutes into the second half. Ramos rounded out the scoring as he scored off a pass from Lagos at 67 minutes. New England has won only one game since the All-Star break and is in the midst of a 1-8 slump. Saturday's game was the second half of a doubleheader that started with the U.S. women's soccer team beating Ireland 5-0. It was the first time the U.S. players competed together since their World Cup victory. Summary
