A big debt of thanks to both John Powell and Greg Oilver for their continual support and encouragement of my attempts to broaden the scope of coverage found here at SLAM! Wrestling. Both John and Greg gave me a free hand and general license to shape and mold our international coverage as I saw fit. I'm indebted to both of them for the trust they've shown me in managing our international wrestling site. I think the results speak for themselves. SLAM! Wrestling made great strides this past year in educating and turning more North American fans onto the virtues of Japanese and Mexican wrestling. It's an accomplishment that I'm very proud of.
Another round of gratitude to both Jeff Marek and Dan Lovranski at
Live Audio Wrestling. Their insight and comments on our special international preview packages throughout the year, as well as their continual on-air support of SLAM! Wrestling in general, is somehting that John Powell, Greg Oliver and myself very much appreciate.
And a special thanks to you, the readers. Without you, none of this would be possible. So many of you took the time this past year to drop me a line and express how much you appreciated our coverage of Japanese and Mexican wrestling. You, more than anybody else, made all the hard work this past year worthwhile.
