Bulldog wins court match

Wrestler Davey Boy Smith -- the British Bulldog -- has won his latest court match by default.
Yesterday, a charge of uttering a threat to cause bodily harm to Smith's brother-in-law Bruce Hart was withdrawn by the Crown.
Smith's lawyer, Alain Hepner, said his client would be "absolutely" pleased with the development. Smith didn't attend yesterday's hearing at provincial court. He had denied allegations he made threats against Hart.
