WWE thrills throngs at the ACC

Mat mayhem was back in Hogtown last night with the WWE's sold-out RAW TV show.
This wasn't your usual wrestling crowd. The grappling fans and cheers seemed to be torn between the spandex superstars and their boys in blue and white. One minute it was "Let's go Ho-gan" or "What?" to the infamous "Go Leafs Go."
From the nosebleed section to the front rows, everybody seemed to love the best matchup of the night - The Undisputed Championship match of all time - "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan. In the end, the Hulk's big leg drop won out over the Un-Natural One.
"It was a dream matchup. Two of the greatest legends in the business," said Josh McLachlan, 21, with his friend, 20-year-old Rosemary Puddicombe.
McLachlan's friend Puddicombe thought differently though, after watching Toronto's own Trish Stratus defeat Jazz for the Women's Championship.
"The girls are getting a push these days. I wanna be up there (on the mat) one day."
As the wrestling fans cheered on their heroes, a couple other non-grappling superstars were watching from the wings.
Wade Belak of the Leafs took in a little of the action as he was in the Leafs infirmary getting tested for tonight's Game 7. Ringside, not to be outdone, were Raptors Tracy Murray and Jerome "JYD" Williams.
