WWF signs Credible, Eaton
By JOHN POWELL -- SLAM! Wrestling
In an effort to freshen up a product that is percieved as stale by some, the WWF has signed Justin Credible and veteran grappler Bobby Eaton, says an inside source. Credible, a former ECW World Heavyweight Champion, leaves a sinking ECW wrestling promotion with owner Paul Heyman's approval. Some in the wrestling world may know Justin Credible (real name: Pete Polaco) from his former stint in the WWF where he was Aldo Montoya, the Portuguese Man 'O War. It is not known whether Polaco will be using his Justin Credible persona or not.
Due to ECW serious financial problems, Heyman is rumoured to have told all current ECW employees that they are free to explore their options elsewhere. Bobby Eaton, who most recently appeared briefly in an ECW angle with C.W. Anderson, is an experienced professional as a member of the Midnight Express and Blue Bloods tag teams with Dennis Condrey, Stan Lane and William Regal respectively. According to the WWF Web site, Eaton will be "working with the Federation's developmental talent in Memphis".
