Event shows Calgarians' Hart

CALGARY -- Caring Calgarians are coming out in droves offering their support for this coming Wednesday's Sun/CJAY 92 Get Well Soon Bret Hart broadcast.
CJAY's Forbes & Friends will broadcast live between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. Wednesday from the parking lot of Chinook Centre facing Macleod Tr. as a show of support for Calgary's Hitman.
It's been confirmed A-Channel's Jebb Fink will broadcast his segments of the Big Breakfast live from the event site.
A massive "Get Well Soon" card will be available for Calgarians to sign which will then be hand-delivered to Bret with all our love.
An amazing raffle, with proceeds going to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation, will happen during the broadcast. Donations will be gladly accepted which will also go to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation -- one of Bret's favourite charities.
Chad Oakes and Mike Frislev of Nomadic Pictures have offered a chance to be an Extra-For-A-Day on an upcoming Nomadic Pictures feature flick scheduled to shoot in Calgary this fall. A dinner with Gerry Forbes at Forbes' Libations and Nosh will be raffled off as well.
Tony Spoletini, Mike Palumbo and Tom Spoletini of Spolumbo's Deli will cook up happy sausages for the hungry masses. Tim Douglas of the Macleod Tr. Tim Hortons will provide the java. Mike Davidson from Coca-Cola will make sure plenty of the soft drink will be available.
