The white limo of WWF President Vince McMahon waits for Steve Austin
on a rampway outside of Hamilton's Copps Coliseum.
"You see this? You don't have it anymore. It's mine!," he shouts holding up
the WWF World Heavyweight belt as the limo pulls away screeching its tires.
Stone Cold can do nothing but watch the headlights fade into the night.
Vince McMahon has won this battle in a long-standing war with the
federation rattlesnake.
As the dust settles around the shocking finale to the INYH: Breakdown
pay-per-view , we know this...Steve Austin is no longer the WWF World
Heavyweight Champion and Rocky Miavia has his shot at glory tonight. What
we aren't sure of is who The Rock will face in a championship match tonight
on Raw.
Austin fought off two challengers in Kane and his "brother" The Undertaker
during their Triple Threat main bout for the WWF World Heavyweight strap.
The special stipulation instituted by Vince McMahon being neither "brother"
could defeat the other. Another rule change made on Sunday Night Heat also
stated that if anyone came to Austin's aid in the match, he would be
stripped of the title. Though Austin rose to the occasion, the brute
strength of the gruesome twosome was overpowering. Stone Cold went down and
he went down hard.
The champ initiated a "divide and conquer" game plan before the bell even
sounded beating The Undertaker with a steel chair as he made his ring
entrance. Already in the ring, Kane was powerless to stop the attack. The
Big Red Machine and Austin battled back to the ring. Kane posted the
rattlesnake. The Undertaker sat up on the entrance ramp nursing his
wounds.
Steel chair in hand, The Undertaker got up. Kane threw Austin over the top
rope landing Stone Cold at The Undertaker's feet. Staggered back by a chop
to the throat, Austin catapulted The Man From The Darkside into the ring
steps and crotched Kane on the steel post twice. Stone Cold hit the Stunner
and would've got the pin were it not for The Undertaker making the
save.
The Undertaker drags Austin back to the ring.

A punch from Taker on the floor missed Stone Cold altogether hitting Kane.
The "brothers" stood nose to nose glaring at each other. Austin got a head
of steam kneeing Taker in the back. The force of the blow sent The
Undertaker into Kane. Austin wrapped a cable around Kane's neck choking him
out. The Undertaker followed suit strangling Austin.
Picking the champ up, the "brothers" dropped Austin face-first on the
Spanish announce team's table. Leaning him up against the barricade, they
walloped him with thunderous clotheslines. McMahon's three stooges
(Slaughter, Brisco and Patterson) came out to watch the carnage
unfold.
The action moving back to the entrance way, Stone Cold tackled Brisco
getting a few shots in. Slaughter puts the boots to him until the
"brothers" arrived dragging Austin away. Discord between Kane and The
Undertaker became apparent each interrupting the others' pinfalls on
Austin. Kane and Taker battled briefly until common sense won out and they
resumed their double-teaming. The persistent double-teaming depleting any
momentum the match hoped to build.
In a failed attempt at a Stunner, Austin was pushed by Kane into The
Undertaker's outstretched boot. The gruesome twosome double chokeslammed
Austin to the canvass. The Undertaker covering Austin first, the "brothers"
double-pinned Stone Cold each hooking an arm and a leg.
Howard Finkle was about to announce the winner then cut himself off
realizing one hadn't been determined.
McMahon ran out from the back yelling "Bring me the belt! Bring me the
belt!".
Brisco retrieved the strap from referee Hebner turning it over to McMahon.
Kane and The Undertaker looked on confused and stunned. Austin punked
McMahon's stooges chasing the federation prez outside the arena whereupon
McMahon drove off with the belt.
The next WWF pay-per-view is
Judgment Day on October 18th.
WWF Breakdown Results
Edge Vs Owen Hart
: Playing the heel, Owen came out wearing a Toronto Argo's football jersey
pissing off the hometown Hamilton Tiger Cats fans.
: At 8:58, someone looking exactly like Edge climbed over the retaining
wall, stood outside and distracted him. Owen rolled up Edge for the win.
Winner:
At 9 minutes and 16 seconds, Owen Hart.
Match Rating: 7 / 10.
Too Much Vs Scorpio, Al Snow
: Replaces the scheduled Intercontinental Title match.
: Al Snow is warmly welcomed by the fans.
: At 3:33, Snow brings a chair into the ring. Scorpio distracts the ref.
Snow runs and leaps off the chair hitting Too Much with a flying leg drop.
Scorpio tries the same thing but slips on the chair landing embarrassingly
on his rear end. Too Much still sells the move.
: At 7:16, Snow uses the head hitting anything that moves...including
Scorpio. Snow administers the Snow Plow. Scorpio and Snow argue back to the
dressing room.
Winners:
Al Snow and Scorpio at 8 minutes and 3 seconds.

Mark Mero Vs Droz
: If Jackie is the WWF Women's World Heavyweight Champion then where the
heck is her belt?
: Mero and Droz can't draw any heat from the crowd. The only pops are when
Jackie interferes.
: At 4:27, Mero chokes Droz with the tape around his fists. The ref
admonishes Mero. Jackie hits Droz with a spiked heel from the top rope.
Mero hits his Wild Thing.
Winner:
Mark Mero at 5 minutes and 12 seconds.
Match Rating: 3 / 10.
Vader Vs Bradshaw
: In a pre-match interview a short-haired, shaven Bradshaw says..."I didn't
come here to fight that fat bastard."
: Bradshaw dongs the ring bell with Vader's head.
: Vader splashes Bradshaw twice but Bradshaw kicks out??
: Two clotheslines, a neckbreaker and Vader - a former WCW World Champion
turned WWF jobber - loses again. How many embarrassments can one man take?
Leave Vader while you still have a shred of dignity left.
Winners:
Bradshaw at 7 minutes and 56 seconds.

D'Lo Brown Vs Gangrel
: At 6:50, Mark Henry pulls the ropes down on Gangrel. Gangrel flips over
the ropes to the floor. Henry rams Gangrel's spine into the steel post.
D-Lo powerbombs Gangrel and gets the 1-2-3.
: Gangrel drinks some blood and is rejuvenated. Blood spit in Henry's eyes
blinds him. Gangrel DDTs D' Lo.
Winner:
D'Lo Brown at 7 minutes and 46 seconds.

The Rock and Mankind slug it out on top of the cage while Ken Shamrock looks on.

Ken Shamrock Vs The Rock Vs Mankind (Triple Threat - Cage Match)
: Winner will be awarded a World Title match on tonight's Raw.
: The fans cheer for Mankind and Foley chanting their names. Shamrock is
vigorously booed.
: The Rock is so over with the fans it's ridiculous. Don't be surprised if
he wins the WWF World Title on Raw.
: At the conclusion of the match, Mankind can easily climb out but
doesn't. Suffering from Jimmy Snuka flashbacks, he leaps off the top of the
cage. The Rock moves and Mankind hits nothing but hard canvass.
: Mankind chair shots Shamrock and starts climbing out. Foley exits though
not in time as The Rock covers Shamrock for the pin.
: Mankind rips his hair out for making a stupid decision. "Knucklehead"
Shamrock throws another one of his "sore loser" fits and is booed by the
crowd.
Winner:
The Rock at 18 minutes and 49 seconds.

Dustin Runnels Vs Val Venis
: Dustin, invest in some ring attire, please.
: In a slinky dress matching Venis' trunks, Terry Runnels accompanies Venis
to the ring. The two grope each other often. Geesh. Someone get them a room
already.
: Dustin pleads with Terry often. Venis wanting to generate fan
disapproval, elbows a helpless Runnels over and over before mounting the
top rope for the Money Shot. The fans don't turn on Venis.
