They are crying in Madrid, Spain today.
And in Helsinki, Berlin, Paris, and any number of cities than D'Lo Brown claimed was home.
Because D'Lo isn't the European champ anymore.
X-Pac won the title last night on RAW (actually taped last Tuesday) when he caught Brown coming off the ropes and planted him face-first onto the mat.
This is X-Pac's first title in the WWF since January 1995, when he was tag champ with Bob Holly while wrestling as 1-2-3 Kid.
As Syxx, Sean Waltman (X-Pac's real name) held the WCW Cruiserweight title from February 1997, after beating Dean Malenko, until June 1997, when he lost to a babyface Chris Jericho (remember that?).
Obviously, for this Sunday's Breakdown, D'Lo Brown's match against Gangrel won't be a title shot.
X-Pac is scheduled to team with the New Age Outlaws against Southern Justice and Jeff Jarrett.
Look for the feud between X-Pac and Jarrett to escalate in the near future.
