WWF suing Playboy

It's the cat-fight of the century! In this corner, wearing the see-through negligee, is Playboy Enterprises Inc. In the opposite corner is the World Wrestling Federation, wearing black trunks and kicking up a storm.

Yes, ladies and gentleman, the WWF is suing Playboy. And the model/wrestler formerly known as Sable is right at the middle of it.

It seems the WWF is upset that Playboy is using the Sable name to promo two more features featuring a not-so-clad Rena Mero, a former employee that continues to haunt them.

The WWF contends that it only agreed to one pictorial with Playboy, back in April, and in a suit filed in New York, the WWF alleges that Playboy is "brazenly flaunting" its intellectual property rights. It is seeking a court order to stop the Oct. 19 release of a special edition featuring Mero/Sable. The suit is also seeking undisclosed damages.

We say put Hugh Hefner and Vince McMahon in a Hell in the Cell cage match and decide the winner like real men!
