The Empire Wrestling Federation is returning to The Burlington Crown Centre and bringing a little Spice with them. .

Word out of the EWF offices is that this fledgling group will present a wannabe member of the British all-girl pop singing phenomenon, the Spice Girls.

"It sounds crazy, but it's true," said EWF Director of Wrestling Operations David Clark. " The EWF has received a fax that states that somebody out there would like to throw her hat into the ring, so to speak, to try to become the newest 5th Spice Girl."

"I'm not quite sure what to make of this, Clark said. We have offered this person a forum to debut on the world stage at our Burlington Crown Centre show on June 19th. I, for one, eagerly anticipate it. I don't know what to expect".

Also scheduled for the card is a "Titanic Death Match" that pits Funkytown's Billy Boogie against the 324 lb. Iron Mike Steele. The only way to win the match is to "big splash" your opponent into submission so that he cannot meet the referee's 10 count.

Big Daddy Kane Adams is set to square off against the Shotgun Kid.

The Bruiser makes the trek from our nations capital to go one on one with 'The World's Sexiest Wrestler' MS. B. HAVEN.

In a Shooters Challenge Match: amateur rules will prevail when Mike Fortune "The Hitman for Hire" goes to the mat with 2X World Freestlyle Amateur Champion "The Atomic Bomber" Babu Singh.

Also scheduled for this card on Friday June 19, 1998 at the Burlington Crown Centre will be Frat Boy Bud Miller, "Canadian Lightning" Jim Fury, the mysterious Phantom of the Empire, Fabian and more!!

EWF fans will have an opportunity to meet and greet many of their favourite EWF wrestling stars and obtain free autographs at the EWF Autograph table.

The show takes place at the Burlington Crown Centre (3348 Harvester Road, Burlington, Ont.) on Friday June 19th @ 8pm.
