Jericho signs with the WWF

"Lion Heart" Chris Jericho, the hottest property in pro wrestling today, has reportedly signed on with the WWF.
The WWF's website is reporting that Jericho, whose contract with World Championship Wrestling expires at the end of this month, has signed a multi-year contract with the organization.
Jericho had been taken off WCW TV programs when he gave organization officials his notice two months ago. This is standard procedure for people renegotiating their contract as it automatically rolls over and locks the wrestler into the contract under the old terms.
The move sparked rumors that Jericho was intent on leaving WCW for the WWF once his contract was up. Recovering from several nagging injuries, Jericho recently returned and appeared on several house shows working with Juventud Guerrera.
Finanical terms and details of the reported deal have not yet been released.
