The Rock costs Cena as The Miz retains at WrestleMania XXVII
By MATT BISHOP - SLAM! Wrestling
After falling victim to John Cena's Attitude Adjustment last Monday on Raw, The Rock had revenge on his mind Sunday at WrestleMania XXVII. After the main event match between Cena and WWE Champion The Miz ended in a double countout draw, The Rock restarted the match under no disqualification, no countout stipulations. Would The Rock be able to extract his revenge on Cena or did Cena capture the WWE Championship?

Mania live had highs and lulls
By NICK TYLWALK - SLAM! Wrestling
ATLANTA -- Sometimes a couple of excellent matches can cover up for some head-scratching moments on the rest of a wrestling card, even if that card happens to be the industry's biggest show of the year.

Shawn Michaels, Road Warriors headline emotional 2011 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony
By NICK TYLWALK - SLAM! Wrestling
ATLANTA If it seems like Shawn Michaels' induction into the WWE Hall of Fame was a long time coming, maybe it was because he needed to actually retire first. After four years on the shelf with a back injury, Michaels was lured back into the ring in 2002 for what even he admits was supposed to be one final match. It took nine years for him to end his comeback so he could collect the Hall of Fame ring his accomplishments suggest he deserves like few before him.

Fans still love getting close to Superstars at WrestleMania Axxess
By NICK TYLWALK - SLAM! Wrestling
ATLANTA - The fan festival known as WrestleMania Axxess has been through some changes since it first debuted over a decade ago. Once more of a showcase for WWE's stable of outside licensees, it's become bigger, a mostly in-house affair, and yes, more expensive. Yet it remains the best way for fans to get close to their favorite WWE Superstars, and the large crowds waiting to get into the Georgia World Congress Center this week seemed as eager as ever to take in all of the attractions inside.

Jey Uso holds off legends, Divas to win THQ WrestleMania Superstar Challenge
By NICK TYLWALK - SLAM! Wrestling
ATLANTA - A small but real bit of WrestleMania history was almost made at Axxess on Friday night in an unsuspecting place: the THQ WrestleMania Superstar Challenge. Sergeant Slaughter and Beth Phoenix made valiant bids to become the first legend or Diva to claim the video game crown. Ultimately, though, it was Jey Uso who outlasted 15 other WWE personalities in a tournament that showcased THQ's new generation-blending release, WWE All Stars.

The Miz's sights set high
By TIM BAINES - Ottawa Sun
Mike Mizanin understands the whole Wrestlemania moment thing. He's watched and soaked up some of the finest Mania matches ... the ironman match between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, Michaels vs. The Undertaker twice; and Michaels vs. Ric Flair ("it wasn't even the match, it was the emotion and the finish was incredible.") But the 30-year-old Mizanin who has risen to the top of the WWE ranks as The Miz, and yep, he is pretty awesome, wants that moment to be about him.

Emotional Tammy pleased with Sunny's Hall of Fame induction
By MARSHALL WARD - SLAM! Wrestling
Stepping into the ring at Madison Square Garden earlier this month, Tammy Lynn Sytch made what she calls "the Sunny switch." "It's weird, it's like I turn on a switch and become somebody else," Sytch recently told SLAM! Wrestling from her home in New Jersey. Hot on the heels of her return to Madison Square Garden -- refereeing a 6-Diva tag team match that included The Bellas, Gail Kim, and Eve Torres -- Sunny will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this weekend in Atlanta.
