I'm really not all that enthusiastic about this month's non-WWE wrestling PPV,
namely because ??? has yet to give us a solidification on which name is actually
the one attributed to the company.
Marketing 101 tells you that the most important product you have is your brand;
well guess what, this is a company with two of them - a 1a and 1b, and unlike
an NHL team's goalie system, it just doesn't work when it's the name of your
company.
Look, I'll be completely honest and say that, aside from the Eric Young angle,
I've enjoyed the vast majority of product I've seen in the last few weeks on
Thursday nights. But am I watching TNA or Impact? It may seem trivial to some,
but it's not to me, because without a proper brand, you do not have a proper
identity.
So please Dixie Carter and/or whomever else is at the helm of this ship - make
a decision and email it to me (jonathanwaldman@hotmail.com in case you don't
have it).
Rant over; now onto the PPV.

It's not that Anderson isn't doing his job well -- in fact, the Sting tribute, Eric "Muta" Young aside, was fun -- it's just that he's been overexposed in TNA. A lot of that has to do with the Jeff Hardy situation, but really, this is too long that Anderson's been in the title picture without the title. I'm guessing fortunes change this month.

I'm sick of hearing Jarrett go on TV and crow about how he signed Kurt Angle. I'm pretty sure I've heard that line 30 times already (and if it's less it sure as heck feels like it's been more times) and I'm extremely thankful that this feud is ending. Anyone who thinks Angle's losing his medals hasn't seen a Rey Mysterio Mask vs. whatever match.

Have the Brits been on TV once in the last couple weeks? When the ending is as predictable as this one (Shelley turns on Storm and Sabin's not actually hurt), I guess you don't need the other team on air.

I've said it before, I'll say it again -- Angelina has been fantastic in this role. Is the story itself quality? Not really; but Love has done a great job performing her new character. This is leading to Velvet finally getting the title, so Angelina goes over here.
