Impact: Bully Ray tables Dixie Carter

TNA has become a battleground for a war. More specifically, a battleground for hardcore warfare. Tonight on TNA Impact, Team 3D and Tommy Dreamer have a mystery partner in store as they take on TNA President Dixie Carter's team of Ethan Carter III, Big Rycklon, Gene Snitsky, and Rhino. Will Bully Ray get to put Dixie Carter through a table? Plus, a new TNA X Division Champion is crowned! All that and more on this week's edition of TNA Impact!

Team 3D and Tommy Dreamer shown surveying the arena. Bully Ray says they are going to do what they do best and tear the house down. Bully wants to get Ethan Carter III's blood on his hands and he wants Devon to pick TNA President Dixie Carter up and for him to put her down through a table. Tommy Dreamer tells everyone to expect wrestling history tonight.

We are on tape from New York City, N.Y. Mike Tenay and Taz have the call for this week.

Monster's Ball Match One: Abyss vs. Bram (w/Magnus)

Bram enters with a kendo stick and Abyss and Bram exchange punches. Abyss runs into a boot in the corner and comes back with punches and clotheslines. Bram sent outside with a clothesline and Abyss follows. The two exchange punches once again and Abyss has his head bounced off the steel steps. Bram tries to whip Abyss into the steps and Abyss reverses to send Bram into the steps. Abyss now loading the ring with weapons.


Inside, a chair is set in between the turnbuckles. Bram sneaks up on Abyss and lands shots with a trashcan. Barbed wire board brought inside by Bram and set in the corner. Corner work from Bram sees him try to whip Abyss to the board, but Abyss pulls him back to the corner. Low blow from Bram lands and he moves out to get the turnbuckle. Abyss takes a cheese grater to the groin of Bram inside. Chokeslam attempt fought out of by Bram, but he is sent into the chair in the corner and falls outside.

Janice brought inside by Abyss. The spiked plank stuck in the turnbuckle after Bram ducks out of the way. Chair back elbowed into the face of Bram and the elbow of Abyss cut open as he brings a bag of thumbtacks to the ring. The tacks poured out and Abyss met by kendo stick shots from Bram. Chokeslam attempted by Abyss and Bram kicks the knee to get out. Janice ripped from the turnbuckle by Bram, but he is caught in a Chokeslam and lands on the tacks. Abyss looking to use Janice, but Magnus steals it away. Magnus knocked off the apron and Abyss speared into the barbed wire board. Both men down and Bram up with Janice. Shot to the midsection with Janice lands on Abyss.

Winner by pinfall: Bram

Samoa Joe asked about his shot at the TNA X Division Championship tonight. Joe says it means no limits and he exemplifies what the X Division is all about. The X Division used to be what people used to tune in for. Low Ki interrupts and says the two of them have been in wars together. Tonight, Joe and Sanada are in his way tonight and there is no way they can stop him tonight. Joe knows Low Ki thinks he is prepared, but he tells him the next time he hears the name of Samoa Joe, it will be when they announce him as the new TNA X Division Champion.

Ethan Carter III and his team with Jeremy Borash. Carter proclaims them the unsung heroes of hardcore. Carter introduces his teammates and declares that this is war. Carter says they are in hell and there is no chance ever that Dixie Carter will go through a table.

MVP, Kenny King, and TNA World Heavyweight Lashley make their way to the ring flanked by women. MVP introduces the crew and goes on to talk about his time as Executive Director of Wrestling Operations. MVP says it was all headaches, but as long as he has the belt, he has all of the power and none of the headaches. MVP says Lashley will be champion for as long as he wants and goes down the list of his defeated opposition. MVP calls Lashley a destroyer and says he will continue to destroy.

Bobby Roode makes his way out. Roode says it pains him to admit it, but some of the things MVP is saying are true. MVP asks if it was the fact that he called him a crybaby and Roode says it was the fact that Lashley is a destroyer. Roode praises Lashley for being one of the most dominating titleholders to hold the TNA belt. MVP chides him and Roode shuts him up because he isn't here to talk to MVP. Roode is a former champion and he held the title longer than anyone in TNA history. Roode knows what it means and what it takes to be champion. MVP knew that and that's why MVP suspended Roode. The plan wasn't for Lashley to have the belt, but for MVP to have it until he blew out his knee. Roode tells Lashley he was a pawn in MVP's game and MVP tells him to stop trying to cause a mutiny. Roode goes on and says that he has beaten MVP and King, but Lashley hasn't beaten him. Roode tells Lashley to put up the title against him.

King sideswipes Roode and MVP chokes him down with his crutch. The duo beat Roode down before Eric Young and Austin Aries come out to make the save. MVP says that they are dressed for fun tonight and the three in the ring can play with each other while they go play with their women tonight.

Samuel Shaw and Gunner meet with Mr. Anderson backstage. Anderson wants to talk to Gunner alone and Shaw walks off. Anderson doesn't trust Shaw and doesn't like the situation. Gunner asks if Anderson trusts him and walks off.

Team 3D and Tommy Dreamer backstage. Bully Ray is asked for a hint on their partner. Bully asks why they'd tell the cameraman. Bully says it is someone that has had their back from the beginning. Devon and Tommy Dreamer comment that they couldn't believe they brought this partner back out of retirement on his birthday and Bully promises it will be extreme.

Match Two: The BroMans & DJ Z vs. Mr. Anderson, Gunner, & Samuel Shaw

Mr. Anderson starts out with Jessie Godderz. Godderz lands strikes before Anderson connects on a slam and a trio of elbow drops for a nearfall. Gunner brought in and clubbing Godderz down. Hip toss connects for a pin attempt and Godderz fights back with body shots. Robbie E in and he lands right on a punch to the midsection. Headbutts from Gunner get a nearfall.

Anderson returns and working the jab. Robbie E moves him into the corner and knocks Gunner off the apron. Clothesline from Anderson out of the corner and he refuses to tag Samuel Shaw, bringing Gunner back in. Shot to the body from Gunner lands and he hits a running knee out of the corner. Robbie E on the shoulders of Gunner and he rakes the eyes to get out. DJ Z in with a missile dropkick. Gunner down in the corner and a triple knee converts for a DJ Z nearfall.

DJ Z off the ropes and pressed into the air by Gunner. Tag attempt to Shaw is shoved away and Anderson and Robbie E in. Clothesline and a spinning neckbreaker from Anderson. Robbie E with a back elbow in the corner and he heads up top, only to land in a Mic Check position. The BroMans and DJ Z in now to handle Gunner and Anderson. Gunner sent outside on the ramp as Anderson attacked. Anderson with a rolling senton slam on Robbie E and Shaw steps in to land clotheslines, back elbows, and punches. DJ Z and Godderz sent out. Anderson and Shaw have some tension and Robbie E rolls Anderson up. Godderz grabs the leg of Shaw.

Winners by pinfall: The BroMans & DJ Z

Post-match, Anderson chokes Shaw in the corner because of the failed save. Gunner separates the two and Anderson storms off.

Dixie Carter with King Mo backstage. Carter says she isn't afraid of Bully, especially with Mo by her side. Carter asks Mo how many wins and knockouts he has, to which he replies that he has so many that he lost count. Carter tells Mo that they are ready to watch her nephew finally put an end to Bully Ray.

Gunner following Mr. Anderson backstage. The two arguing about the presence of Samuel Shaw. Gunner said all he asked for was to give Shaw a chance. Shaw steps in between the two and tells Gunner that Anderson is right that it was his fault. Anderson storms off.

Eight-Man Hardcore War Match Three: Team EC3 vs. Team Bully

Ethan Carter III comes out with a bat and Tommy Dreamer with a kendo stick to start. EC3 dragged outside and bounced off the barricade. Beer spit into the face of EC3 and Dreamer bouncing EC3 off the apron and barricade. EC3 whips Dreamer into the steps and lands punches and stomps. Dixie Carter and King Mo shown sitting in the balcony. Back inside, Dreamer with a neckbreaker on EC3. Pumphandle throw with the kendo stick lands for Dreamer. Mounted punches in the corner land for Dreamer and he points out Dixie and Mo before biting EC3.

Rhino introduces to the match with a trashcan lid. Dreamer laid out with the lid and stomped down by Rhino. Dreamer being worked in the corner and a spinebuster connects for Rhino. EC3 back inside and he has the kendo stick. Kendo stick being traded between the two to land shots on Dreamer.

Devon comes to the ring with a trashcan as the next competitor. Punches and elbows land for Devon before he knocks EC3 out with a trashcan. Thesz Press on Rhino leads to more strikes being landed and a headbutt connects on Rhino. Trashcan lid now cracked across the head of EC3 as we break.

We return with Gene Snitsky having joined the match to give Team EC3 an advantage. Bully Ray joins and takes Snitsky down before unloading on all of Team EC3 with a trashcan. Chain taken across the back of EC3 and Bully biting EC3. Devon biting Snitsky while Dreamer rakes the chain across the head of EC3. Team Bully working Team EC3.

Rycklon joins as the final Team EC3 member and takes out Team Bully. Devon slammed down and stomped by Rycklon. EC3 working on Bully as a chair is set in the middle of the ring. The four-on-three advantage coming into play and Dreamer hit with a drop toehold on the back of the chair. Bully being choked by his own chain.

The final competitor for Team Bully is Al Snow. Al Snow taking Head to the ring and using it to his advantage before being taken out from behind by EC3. Snow comes back with a series of headbutts before being sent to the floor by Rycklon and Snitsky. Bully with a crossbody from the top and he is taken out by Rhino. Dreamer with a DDT on Rhino and Rockstar Spud with a kendo stick shot. Team EC3 all sent out and Team Bully sets Spud up for Whassup? Snow uses Head to hit Whassup? and everyone goes out to get tables. Devon taken out by Rycklon and Snitsky, but Snow comes with a moonsault from the apron that takes them out. Inside, Rhino is hit with a 3D.

Winners by pinfall: Team Bully

Post-match, Bully Ray has the microphone and asks where Dixie Carter is. Bully tells Dixie she is surrounded by crazy New Yorkers and tells Dixie to look at Team EC3 as they leave because they just got beaten down. Bully says the clock is now ticking because he will put her through a table tonight. Carter promises Bully that the only thing that will happen is King Mo knocking him out.

The Beautiful People backstage. The two call Taryn Terrell a hot mess and Angelina Love says she is owed a shot at the TNA Knockouts Championship, so she wants to go get it next.

Ethan Carter III backstage. EC3 says that his partners failed him tonight, but their job is not done as it is their job to protect Dixie Carter. If they don't do their job, they have the secret weapon in King Mo. Tonight, EC3 says Dixie Carter will not be going through a table.

Video package previews Bound for Glory in Tokyo, Japan.

The Beautiful People hit the ring. Angelina Love with the mic and she says she couldn't help but notice that the company is gaga over TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim and Taryn Terrell. Love says The Beautiful People are hotter and she is a better wrestler. Love wants her title shot and she wants it right now.

Taryn Terrell makes her way to the ring. Love asks if Terrell has to steal her spotlight. Terrell said Love stole from her last week by interrupting in her match with Gail Kim to prove who was best. Love clears it up for her by saying she is better than everyone in TNA and better looking than anyone in this building. Love tells Terrell to go home and tell her daughter that her mom is going to have to settle for second-best.

Gail Kim makes her way to the ring. Gail Kim came out to tell Love that TNA Executive Director of Wrestling Operations Kurt Angle gave her permission to decide her opponents. Gail Kim chooses Love, Terrell, and Velvet Sky. Sky is given a chance to talk by Gail Kim, but Love cuts her off. Gail Kim tells her that next week, they will find out who the best Knockout is. The Beautiful People attack, but are eventually overcome by Terrell and Gail Kim and sent out.

"Cowboy" James Storm with Sanada. Storm tells Sanada he isn't doing this for Great Muta, his country, or the fans. Sanada is doing this for Storm for showing him the light and he wants him to get the TNA X Division Championship. Storm tells Sanada to bow after slapping him in the face and Sanada does so.

Bully Ray backstage. Bully says that he just went through hardcore heaven. Bully tells the cameraman that he doesn't know what it is like to bloody up a Carter and go to war in New York City. King Mo isn't in a Bellator cage, but a TNA ring. Bully says he will knock King Mo out because Dixie Carter will be going through a table tonight.

"Cowboy" James Storm introduces himself as a legend and declares it a pleasure to introduce the man who ended The Great Muta's career in Sanada and entrances are made for the TNA X Division Championship match.

Triple-Threat Match Four for the TNA X Division Championship: Sanada vs. Low Ki vs. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe lands the first shot of the match with a leg kick on Low Ki. Sanada with a double-dropkick and he is soon countered with corner work by Joe. Snapmare to a chop to the back lands for Joe and is soon followed by a kick to the front. Knee drop misses for Joe and Low Ki steps in. Dropkick misses for Sanada and a reverse shining wizard lands for Low Ki to the back of the head of Sanada for a nearfall.

Low Ki back bodydropped outside by Joe. Joe looking for a suicide dive, but gets caught by a Sanada hurricanrana. Joe comes back with an enuzigiri in the corner. Low Ki and Joe square up, but Sanada sweeps Joe out. Baseball slide lands for Low Ki outside and he brawls with Sanada outside to the ramp. Joe with a suicide dive that connects on both men. Sanada brought inside and Joe hits a powerbomb for a nearfall.

STF applied by Joe. Sanada bites his way out and lands a dropkick. Low Ki with a handspring kick in the corner on Sanada that almost gets him the belt. Joe and Low Ki in the center of the ring exchanging forearms. Combos exchanged and Joe backed into the corner, only for Low Ki to run into an STJoe. Musclebuster attempt by Joe countered into a dragon sleeper by Low Ki. Sanada breaks the hold and looks for the Tiger Suplex. Full-nelson throw sees Low Ki land on his feet and get the double-foot stomp for a nearfall.

Joe up and he lands a powerslam for a nearfall. Cross armbreaker from Joe being worked and Low Ki trapped until Sanada lands a standing moonsault on Joe. Tiger Suplex attempt is countered by Joe, but Sanada with a rollup and he bridges on top of Joe. Joe pops him out and locks in the Coquina Clutch. Low Ki hurting as he gets into the ring but Sanada cannot hang on any longer.

Winner by submission and new TNA X Division Champion: Samoa Joe

Video package recaps the feud between Bully Ray and Dixie Carter.

Dixie Carter makes her way out with King Mo, Ethan Carter III, Rockstar Spud, Snitsky, and Rycklon. Carter being booed and she tells the crowd that it is right back at them. Carter fires Rycklon and Snitsky and tells everyone in the crowd they are fired, so they need to leave.

Team 3D and Tommy Dreamer make their way out with a table that has Dixie Carter's name on it. The crowd chants for tables and Carter tells them to shut up. Bully has promised these people one thing and that is to put the most hated woman in the history of professional wrestling through a table. Dreamer tried to tell her that she was all that was wrong in the business and King Mo lays out Dreamer. EC3 is taken out and Rockstar Spud is tossed outside. Dixie Carter left in the ring with Team 3D.

Carter ducks out and into the arms of Spud. Spud tells Team 3D that it will never happen and the TNA locker room walks behind Spud and Carter. Spud passes out and drops and Dreamer takes Carter into the ring. Devon lifts Carter up to Bully and Carter is put through the table.

The show closes with Team 3D celebrating as the TNA roster celebrates with them at ringside.
