Main Event: Ambrose goes toe-to-toe with Del Rio

Dean Ambrose is a man with a full plate as of late. Embroiled in a rivalry with "Mr. Money in the Bank" Seth Rollins, Ambrose has been taking on all comers despite constant attacks from his rival and his partners in The Authority. Tonight on WWE Main Event, Ambrose takes on Alberto Del Rio. Plus, WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos are in action! All that and more on this week's edition of WWE Main Event!

We are LIVE from Corpus Christi, Texas. Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton have the call for this week.

Dean Ambrose kicks us off and makes his way to the ring. Ambrose is back and is in a foul mood after his promotional tour last night. Ambrose says shaking hands and kissing babies isn't his strong suit, despite The Authority wanting to keep him away from Seth Rollins. Ambrose is here tonight and invites Rollins to the ring to get his teeth knocked out. Ambrose knows Rollins won't because he doesn't have the guts. Ambrose asks if Rollins wants to sit in the back and eat protein bars with WWE COO Triple H or get nuts. Ambrose waits and gets nothing. Ambrose says that's what he thought, but he'll be doing what he does and going through everyone in order to get to Rollins.

Alberto Del Rio makes his way out. Del Rio asks what Ambrose is supposed to be and says he looks like a punk who came out of a dumpster. Del Rio warns Ambrose to worry about him tonight. Del Rio has no fear, but he knows what fear is and fear is him locking in the Cross Armbreaker and wondering if he'll show any mercy. Del Rio asks if Ambrose wants to start right now because his shoulder is wrapped up like a present for him. Del Rio plans to take home Ambrose's arm like a trophy and lands a kick before exiting hurriedly.

Raw Rebound recaps the war of words between WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena and Brock Lesnar representative Paul Heyman.

Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods join the announce team at ringside.

Match One: RybAxel vs. The Usos

Jimmy Uso starts with Ryback. Side headlock turned into a wristlock and a takedown from Ryback. Ryback working Jimmy in the corner and Jimmy striking back. Ryback ducks clotheslines only to eat a dropkick. Jey Uso in and a double-elbow connects. Uppercut lands and Jey connecting in the corner. Float over from Jey and Ryback counters with a belly-to-belly suplex. Curtis Axel in with a dropkick and stomping Jey down on the apron. Axel with the first nearfall of the contest.

Ryback inside again and the team dropping knees for another nearfall. Rear chinlock applied by Ryback. The hold is broke and Ryback clubbing Jey down before bringing in Axel. Elbow drop to the jaw gets a pin and Axel with a backbreaker for a nearfall.

Ryback inside with blows of his own for nearfalls. Scoop slam and splash connect for Ryback and earn a nearfall. Jey landing chopping uppercuts to come back, only to be stopped by a Ryback spinebuster. Ryback up top and missing on the elbow. Tags are made to Jimmy and Axel. Clotheslines land and a side kick for Jimmy. Full-nelson bomb lands and Axel down in the corner. Running hip attack lands in the corner and Jimmy up top. Ryback distracts and Axel knocks him down. Perfect-Plex nearly steals the win.

Jey taken out by Ryback after the pin break. Hangman's neckbreaker from the apron lands for Jey and Jimmy with a superkick that sends Ryback out. Axel with a rollup from behind that nearly takes it. Jimmy back with a superkick and Jey tagged in as Jimmy hits a dive over the top on Ryback. Splash connects from the top for Jey.

Winners by pinfall: The Usos

Raw Rebound shows the confrontation that set up a match at SummerSlam between WWE Principal Owner Stephanie McMahon and Brie Bella.

Video promo shows Heather Slater & Titus O'Neil showing their begrudging relationship.

Match Two: Slater Gator vs. Zack Ryder & Tyson Kidd

Heath Slater starts off with Zack Ryder. Ryder with a side headlock and a pair of shoulder bumps for a pin attempt. Slater and Titus O'Neil argue a bit and Slater gets a side headlock and shoulder bump of his own. Ryder with a flapjack as Slater comes off the ropes for a nearfall.

Tyson Kidd legal and a shoulder bump from the apron leads to a reverse sunset flip for a pin attempt. Slater with body shots and sends Kidd into the ropes, where Kidd catches himself in between the ropes. Slater dives to the floor after missing Kidd and Kidd with a cannonball from the apron. Ryder in again and a missile dropkick on Slater gets a nearfall. Slater works Ryder into the corner and O'Neil tags himself in. Ryder fighting and gets dropped by a clothesline from the apron. Corner work and a backbreaker get O'Neil a nearfall.

Rear chinlock applied and O'Neil drops Ryder with a body shot. Ryder cornered and he gets his knees up to drop O'Neil. Both men looking for tags and Slater prevents it only temporarily. Kidd in with a springboard missile dropkick. Leg kicks lead to a dropkick and Kidd runs into a back elbow in the corner. Slater stopped and hung in the tree of woe. O'Neil attempts an attack, but laid out by an enzuigiri in the opposite corner. Ryder steps in to land a Broski Boot on O'Neil and Kidd with a running dropkick on Slater for a nearfall.

Kidd going up top and O'Neil gets on the apron to distract. Ryder jumps on his back and Kidd focuses back on the ring too late as Slater meets him with a powerslam from the top.

Winners by pinfall: Slater Gator

Raw Rebound shows Randy Orton attacking Roman Reigns prior to his match against Kane.

Match Three: Dean Ambrose vs. Alberto Del Rio

Dean Ambrose immediately brawling his way with Alberto Del Rio and raking his face along the ropes. Ambrose with elbows in the corner to work the stitched eye of Del Rio. Sdie kick from Del Rio stops Ambrose temporarily. Ambrose with a body shot and mounted punches in the corner. Suplex gets a quick pin and Ambrose choking Del Rio. Del Rio corners Ambrose and lands a step-up enzuigiri before working the shoulder of Ambrose.

Action spills outside as Ambrose sends Del Rio out. Ambrose whips Del Rio into the barricade and lays him across the apron. Elbows and a double sledge connect before Ambrose comes back inside. Stomps to the midsection lead to a straitjacket choke being applied. Del Rio tossed back into the corner and landing a shoulder ram. In the opposite corner, Del Rio moves away and Ambrose runs into the ring post on his injured shoulder. Del Rio with a side kick to the head against the post and a double-foot stomp from the top for a nearfall.

Armlock applied by Del Rio and Ambrose fighting out. Ambrose crotched up and Del Rio looking for the reverse suplex. Ambrose yanking at the nose of Del Rio and hits a missile dropkick. Corner work from Ambrose lands. Back bodydrop to the apron sees Ambrose catch himself. Enzuigiri sends Ambrose down and out tot the floor as we break.

We return with Del Rio working the rear chinlock. Ambrose fighting out and kicks Del Rio. Clothesline comeback from Del Rio gets a nearfall. Ambrose again sent into the post on his shoulder. Del Rio with a superplex and followup offense to score a pair of nearfalls before applying another chinlock. Back suplex from Ambrose converts and both men down.

Both men beat the count and Ambrose landing strikes. Clothesline and a crossbody land for Ambrose and Del Rio comes back with body work. Ambrose laid on the second rope and Del Rio tries the hip attack, only to fall outside. Suicide dive from Ambrose sends Del Rio into the front row. Inside, side kick by Del Rio caught by a small package from Ambrose. Del Rio comes back with a kick to the arm. Ambrose tries the rebound clothesline and gets on the wrong end of a German Suplex with a bridging nearfall for Del Rio.

Step-up enzuigiri misses for Del Rio and Ambrose lands a tornado DDT that nearly steals it. Armbreaker from Del Rio lands and a side kick lands on Ambrose that nearly puts him down for the count. Cross Armbreaker attempt shoved off by Ambrose and the rebound clothesline connects.

Seth Rollins makes his way down to the ring and the two brawl at ringside.

Winner by disqualification: Dean Ambrose

Ambrose and Rollins brawling outside. Ambrose sends Rollins into the barricade and Rollins reeling back inside. Clothesline sends Rollins out and Ambrose hits Dirty Deeds on Del Rio. The show closes with Ambrose and Rollins staring each other down from a distance.
