Main Event: Sheamus gets retribution in Miz rematch
By NOLAN HOWELL - SLAM Wrestling

The Miz made his return to the WWE only a few weeks ago and hasn't hesitated to remind us of his awesomeness and film career. However, The Miz has his sights set on the WWE Intercontinental Championships. Tonight on WWE Main Event, Miz faces WWE United States Champion and fellow WWE Intercontinental Championship battle royal competitor Sheamus in a Raw rematch. Plus, Divas action! All that and more on this week's edition of WWE Main Event!

We are LIVE from Fayetteville, N.C. Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton have the call for this week.

The Miz kicks us off. Miz says tonight is special because Miz TV is live for the first time on the WWE Network. Miz says LeBron James isn't the only important athlete with an announcement. Miz tells the crowd his story of growing up and that he wants to be an inspiration to everyone in the WWE Universe. Miz plans to leave Cleveland behind because it is a small market city with small-minded people and he wants people to realize there are better places to grow up. Miz wants people to aspire for Hollywood, where everything is earned, just like he plans to earn the WWE Intercontinental Championship at Battleground.

WWE United States Champion Sheamus interrupts Miz and tells him to take his talents out of the ring, past Hollywood, and right into the Pacific Ocean. Miz never pegged Sheamus for someone who is bitter and jealous. Sheamus asks what Miz has that would make him jealous and Miz points out his moneymaker as he points to his face. Sheamus retorts that it is making people ask for their money back and says that Sheamus should call his next film Sunday Bloody Sunday because he plans to Brogue Kick his head off Sunday. However, Sheamus wants to give everyone a sneak preview and Miz ducks out of the ring to avoid the kick.
