Seth Rollins happy atop wrestling world
By TIM BAINES - Ottawa Sun

Seth Rollins grew up a fan of Hulk Hogan, then Shawn Michaels. Now he is one of WWE's biggest superstars. (WWE PHOTO)

OTTAWA - As a kid, Colby Lopez thought Hulk Hogan was “a live action superhero.”

Later, he was in awe of The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels.

These days, at his workplace, which happens to be in the middle of a wrestling ring, Lopez carries around a briefcase — and an alter ego.

That briefcase, earned with a victory at WWE’s Money In the Bank pay-per-view, will someday soon get the guy who’s gained notoriety as Seth Rollins a title shot — possibly (though not likely) as early as during the Friday Night Smackdown television taping Tuesday night at Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre.

Rollins is one of WWE’s rising stars, rising to centre stage as part of The Shield faction, along with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. But as WWE storylines go, Rollins, in dastardly fashion, turned his back on his pals and aligned himself with Triple H and his Authority group.
