Main Event: Wyatt prepares for Extreme Rules against Sheamus

Bray Wyatt is hellbent on ending John Cena's reign at the top. Despite a loss at WrestleMania, Wyatt has played mind games to earn a steel cage rematch against Cena at WWE Extreme Rules. Tonight on WWE Main Event, Wyatt has a stiff test in preparation against Sheamus. Plus, WWE Divas Champion Paige sees action! All that and more on this week's edition of WWE Main Event!

We are LIVE from St. Louis, Mo. Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton have the call for this week.

Match One: Goldust (w/Cody Rhodes) vs. Alberto Del Rio

Goldust opens with corner work. Alberto Del Rio turns out for some shots of his own. Splash in the corner misses for Goldust and Backstabber connects for Del Rio to earn the first nearfall of the contest. Del Rio stomping Goldust down and brawling into a scoop slam that again puts Goludst down for a nearfall.

Rear chinlock in for Del Rio. Body shots break the hold for Goldust, but Del Rio wobbles Goldust with a leg kick. Backdrop setup for Del Rio is countered by the drop-down uppercut from Goldust. Powerslam lands for Goldust and both men down. Goldust up in the corner, but he receives an enzuigiri that nearly wins the match for Del Rio. Side slam converts for Del Rio and he looks for the side kick. Kick caught and turned into a Dragon Screw for Goldust. Final Cut connects.

Winner by pinfall: Goldust

Post-match, Renee Young joins Goldust and Cody Rhodes in the ring. Young asks if The Brotherhood will be focusing on singles competition going forward. Goldust is surprised and says that The Brotherhood will always have the back of one another. Rhodes is asked if he is proud of his brother, which he believes means Young is suggesting that Goldust is better than him for beating Alberto Del Rio tonight. Goldust calms him down and Rhodes declares that The Brotherhood will not be broken as they shake hands.

Video package celebrates World Wish Day and shows John Cena granting Make-A-Wish wishes.

Match Two: Paige vs. Alicia Fox

Lockup sees a stalemate between the two. Both women fall between the ropes outside and land on the floor. Paige connects with a forearm and Alicia Fox counters with a clubbing blow to the back as Paige tops the apron. Kick from Paige leads to a hurricanrana. Fox moves immediately to the outside as Paige sends her back in. Fox having her hair pulled and she gets a hangman's neckbreaker on the second rope. Paige yanked into the second turnbuckle and Fox with a nearfall.

Rear chinlock applied from Fox and Paige fights to her feet. Fox backed into the corner and Paige with a barrage of back elbows. Off the break, Fox lands a big boot that nearly ends the match. Fox sent into the corner, where she does the splits to evade. Sunset flip is rolled through by Paige, who lands a kick. Paige with handfuls of hair and lands knees as Fox is on the apron. Jackknife cover rolled through by Fox for a nearfall.

Knee to the midsection from Fox and the two tie up. Paige clubbing the back and she hooks the leg of Fox. Cradle DDT from Paige puts Fox down and out on the mat.

Winner by pinfall: Paige

Tamina Snuka meets WWE Divas Champion Paige at the top of the ramp. The two engage stare each other down prior to their match at WWE Extreme Rules this Sunday.

Raw Rebound shows the mind games Bray Wyatt played with John Cena.

Renee Young is joined by Sheamus. Young asks about the level of concern Sheamus has after Wyatt's scare tactics on Monday. Sheamus talks about his Irish upbringing and the ghosts, goblins, and leprechauns of lore. Sheamus has learned that monsters aren't real and people are the ones to fear. Tonight, Sheamus wants to pick The Wyatts apart and fight.

Prior to his match, Bad News Barrett is afraid that he has some bad news. Barrett says he will take on a cardboard cutout of a champion at Extreme Rules on Sunday. Barrett declares WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E bland and plans to take home the belt come Sunday.

Match Three: Bad News Barrett vs. Kofi Kingston

Lockup sees Bad News Barrett back Kofi Kingston into the corner. Kingston fighting out with leg kicks and strikes. Kingston wiggles out of an attack from Barrett, but runs into a side kick to the midsection. Barrett with an early nearfall.

Elbow to the back of the neck from Barrett. Slingshot back suplex is flipped out of by Kingston, who gets his feet up as Barrett charges him in the corner. Leg kicks again landing, but he is again cornered as Barrett shoves him. Kingston again too quick and he lands a pendulum kick. Springboard crossbody gets a nearfall for Kingston. Kingston ducking the attacks of Barrett, but he runs into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for a Barrett nearfall.

Dropkick lands for Kingston off a failed Bad News Bullhammer. Barrett outside and Kingston tries a slide kick. Barrett nearly connects on a Bad News Bullhammer, but Kingston ducks to land a strike. Barrett fighting back and tries to send Kingston into the steel steps. Kingston leaps them and uses them as a launching pad. Barrett connects on the Bad News Bullhammer to knock Kingston out of the air and rolls Kingston back inside.

Winner by pinfall: Bad News Barrett

Raw Rebound shows the rivalry between WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan and Kane.

The Wyatt Family has made their entrance and Bray Wyatt leads the crowd in song until Sheamus enters.

Match Four: Bray Wyatt (w/The Wyatt Family) vs. Sheamus

Lockup sees Sheamus work Bray Wyatt into the corner and break. Lockup again sees Wyatt grab the side headlock. Shoulder bump puts Sheamus down. Sheamus now with a side headlock and a shoulder bump of his own. Another shoulder bump puts Wyatt down for a nearfall that is broken by his hand on the bottom rope.

Arm wrench from Sheamus countered by a right from Wyatt. Sheamus fighting out of the corner, but Wyatt ends the momentum shift with an uppercut. Sheamus choked on the top rope. Sheamus grabs the beard of Wyatt to land some right hands and drops him with a back elbow. Knee drop lands and a knee drop from the second rope connects for a nearfall for Sheamus.

Wyatt on the apron and being held by Sheamus. Wyatt fighting and Erick Rowan and Luke Harper soon yank him out of the hold of Sheamus. Wyatt walks up the ramp to regroup as we break.

We return with Wyatt landing strikes and Sheamus moving outside. Wyatt follows and Sheamus lands a shoulder bump. Wyatt brawling back and Sheamus bounces his head off the announce table. Both men fighting on the apron now. Wyatt clubs Sheamus down and gets a nearfall inside.

Senton splash from Wyatt converts. Wyatt working Sheamus in the corner and sends him into the opposite corner. Stomp connects for a brief pin attempt for Wyatt. Neck crank in for Wyatt. Sheamus fights back to his feet, only to get slammed by Wyatt. Senton connects on the knees of Sheamus this time around and both men down as the referee begins his count.

Both men up and exchanging shots. Sheamus comes with sledgehammer smashes. Shoulder ram in the corner and a knee lift connects. Flying knee in the corner lands and Sheamus up top. Wyatt moves under the battering ram and runs into a tilt-a-whirl attempt from Sheamus. Wyatt turns out to land a uranage that nearly wins the match.

Sister Abigail is turned out of by Sheamus and he gets Wyatt up for White Noise. Sheamus with the nearfall that nearly takes it all. Wyatt with a backdrop that sends Sheamus to the apron, but Sheamus locks him in for the Beats of the Bodhran. Battering ram nearly wins the match. Both men running the ropes and Wyatt gets the running shoulder block for a nearfall.

Sheamus cornered and Wyatt charges. Wyatt ducks a Brogue Kick and goes right into an Irish Curse that nearly steals the win. Sheamus calling for the Brogue Kick. Rowan on the apron and Wyatt tries to attack, only to be powerslammed by Sheamus for another nearfall. Wyatt on the shoulders of Sheamus and he escapes. Sheamus forced to take Rowan and Harper off the apron, where he takes a blow to the back of the head from Wyatt. Sister Abigail lands.

Winner by pinfall: Bray Wyatt

Post-match, The Wyatts attack Sheamus until WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos make the save. The show closes with The Usos helping Sheamus as The Wyatts stand triumphant on the other side of the ring.
