NXT: Wyatts return to their roots

Long before they laid waste to the main roster of the WWE, the sadistic Wyatt Family ruled the roost at NXT. Tonight on WWE NXT, the trio returns. Plus, Aiden English and Colin Cassady battle to perhaps settle their feud. Also, WWE COO Triple H has big news regarding NXT Arrival! All that and more on this week's edition of WWE NXT!

We are on tape from Orlando, Fla. Tom Phillips, William Regal, Alex Riley, and Renee Young have the call for this week.

Match One: Natalya, Bayley, & Emma vs. Alicia Fox, Sasha Banks, & Summer Rae (w/Charlotte)

Emma starts off with Summer Rae. Arm wrench is kicked away by Summer Rae. Emma plays matador and gets Summer Rae to run into the corner. Shoulder ram on the apron gets Emma a rollup inside for a nearfall. Natalya in and she chases Summer Rae into tagging in Sasha Banks. Banks ducks under a lockup and gets the back, only to slap Natalya. Banks cowers in the corner as Natalya tries to attack through the ropes. Banks sends Natalya into the corner, who floats over but is countered by a kick to the stomach. Arm wrench from Banks is countered by a release Northern Lights Suplex from Natalya for a nearfall.

Running dropkick from Natalya connects and Bayley is brought in. Double-team hip toss gets a quick nearfall on Banks. Brief resurgence from Banks is countered by a scoop slam from Bayley. Alicia Fox in, but she is met by forearms that corner her. Monkey flip out of the corner connects and Bayley still on the offensive with strikes. Off the ropes, she runs into a Fox dropkick for a nearfall. Sleeper for Fox takes us to break.

We return with Summer Rae working a full nelson with bodyscissors. Bayley rolling over for a nearfall and she fights out of the submissions with a rollup for another nearfall.

Bayley looking to tag out, but she is kicked back by Summer Rae. Summer Rae works her into the corner and tags out to Banks. Banks working Bayley on the mat and attacking Natalya and Emma. Front headlock in on Bayley to prevent the tag. Position turned and Fox returns to the match to hit a Northern Lights Suplex with a bridging nearfall.

Sleeper in and turned into a front facelock to prevent the tag. Fox cutting off the ring well and a rollup for a nearfall brings in Summer Rae. Summer Rae choking Bayley on the second rope with her leg. Butt bounce to the face and Summer Rae just toying with Bayley now. Push kick to the head gets a quick nearfall. Summer Rae looks for more offense, but Bayley with body shots and she hits a suplex.

Tags made to Fox and Emma. Emma knocking Fox down and then knocking the other Beautiful Fierce Females off the apron. Big boot counter from Fox makes her look for the tag, but the BFFs are up the ramp, apparently not interested in letting Fox join their ranks. Emma Lock is now locked in.

Winners by submission: Natalya, Bayley, & Emma

Prior to his match, Aiden English with a signature song.

Match Two: Colin Cassady vs. Aiden English

Colin Cassady muscles Aiden English into the corner to start. Big Cass fakes a punch that sends English cowering into the opposite corner. Kick caught by Big Cass and lands a right hand. English sent into the corner and he comes out into a scoop slam for a Cassady nearfall.

On the apron, English able to snatch a hangman's neckbreaker on Big Cass. Swinging neckbreaker followup for a quick English nearfall. Fist drops get another brief nearfall and English misses on a leg drop attempt. Cassady with a series of right hands and clubbing blows. English ducks a big boot, but is caught on a crossbody attempt. Big Cass has him up, but English clips the knee and catches a Director's Cut off the attack.

Winner by pinfall: Aiden English

Sami Zayn out now. Zayn admits to studying footage over and over of the classic two out of three falls match with Antonio Cesaro. Zayn has always been about moving forward, but he is stuck on Cesaro. Zayn can't figure out where he went wrong.

Antonio Cesaro interrupts Zayn. Cesaro implores Zayn to stop because it sounds pathetic to him. Cesaro tells Zayn there was nothing he could have done to win and it was always his to win. Cesaro claims he is better than Zayn, but that doesn't mean Zayn is destined for a great career. Cesaro believes Zayn is destined for greatness at NXT, but he will never beat him. Cesaro tells Zayn to use that match as a crystal ball to remember that Zayn's career was always about being close, but never attaining greatness.

Zayn sarcastically thanks Cesaro for the psychoanalysis, but reminds Cesaro of their history. Zayn respects Cesaro for being a workhorse throughout his career, but wonders why Cesaro will fight anyone but him again. Cesaro questions what is going on in Zayn's head and Zayn asks and reasons for one more match. Zayn believes Cesaro is afraid that he can't beat him at his best. Cesaro asks about the knee of Zayn and makes him promise that, should he beat him, there will be no more excuses. The two follow the crowd's suggestion for a pinky promise, but Cesaro says his answer is still no and kicks the knee of Zayn.

WWE COO Triple H hits the ring and tells Cesaro that he may not want the match, but he does and the crowd does. Triple H has on good word that Zayn will be cleared by WWE NXT Arrival on Feb. 27th and announces that the two will face off on the special event.

Match Three: Tye Dillinger vs. CJ Parker

Lockup sees hammerlocks exchanged. Tye Dillinger with the trip takedown into the front facelock. Transition into a hammerlock from Dillinger. Parker fights out and hits a snapmare. Back splash connects and Dillinger hoisted on the shoulders of Parker for an airplane spin. Third Eye palm strike knocks Dillinger out.

Winner by pinfall: CJ Parker

Post-match, CJ Parker asks the crowd why they don't love him. Parker claims to recycle and drive a fuel-efficient car for the crowd and for the world. Parker blames the crowd for polluting the world and that they should be the ones being booed. Parker claims the world is being ruined by the NXT fans because they can't love and he doesn't love NXT anymore.

Match Four: Luke Harper & Erick Rowan (w/Bray Wyatt) vs. Jason Jordan & Marcus Louis

Marcus Louis starts out with Luke Harper. Harper muscles Louis around the ring and chops the chest before bringing Erick Rowan in. Rowan clubbing Louis down and unloading some corner work. Fallaway slam connects and Harper back in. Rowan whips Harper into Jason Jordan and then sends Louis into a lariat from Harper.

Winners by pinfall: Luke Harper & Erick Rowan

Bray Wyatt hits Jason Jordan with Sister Abigail post-match. Wyatt says men tremble and souls cry at the sight of them, but they laid claim to this world and they will never forget where they came from. Wyatt closes the show saying NXT belongs to them and implores the audience to follow the buzzards.
