Tribute to the Troops: Cena, Bryan, Punk, others pay tribute

The annual WWE Tribute to the Troops is here once again. Tonight on WWE Tribute to the Troops, the company pays tribute to the United States military and troops all around the world that fight to protect our freedom. Expect fun and appreciation as entertainers and wrestlers alike join together to entertain the troops. All that and more on this year's edition of WWE Tribute to the Troops!

We are on tape from Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, Wash. Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield have the call for tonight.

Daniel Bryan is shown entering and bringing the crowd to its feet.

Video package shows the cooperation between the WWE and the United States military.

Match One: Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt (w/Wyatt Family)

Both men exchanging early. Bray Wyatt takes Daniel Bryan out with a running elbow. Corner work from Wyatt before he sends Bryan off into the opposite corner with velocity. Bryan with a backflip as he is whipped into the opposite corner and clothesline connects. Series of roundhouse kicks put Wyatt down and Bryan up top. Flying headbutt connects, but Erick Rowan and Luke Harper break the pin.

Winner by disqualification: Daniel Bryan

Post-match, CM Punk comes out to save Daniel Bryan and ducks attacks from Harper and Rowan to hit a suicide dive. WWE SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero makes her way out and makes this a tag team match.

Match Two: The Wyatt Family (w/Bray Wyatt) vs. CM Punk & Daniel Bryan

We join the action in progress and Bryan tagged in. Back elbow from Erick Rowan changes the momentum. Luke Harper in and he gets a quick nearfall on Daniel Bryan before locking in a rear chinlock. Bryan fights up, but Harper clobbers him with a clothesline. Rowan returns with an elbow drop to the chest for a nearfall.

Rowan working on keeping Bryan down, but Bryan fights up. Fallaway slam from Rowan connects and he misses a splash attempt. Bryan looking for the tag and he gets it. Punk with a series of clotheslines and he finally downs Rowan with a head kick. Springboard clothesline and a running knee in the corner from Punk are followed by a spinning neckbreaker. GTS time for Rowan, but Bray Wyatt comes in to disturb the action.

Winners by disqualification: CM Punk & Daniel Bryan

Wyatts handing out a beating after the bell, but John Cena makes his way out to make the save. Vickie Guerrero out to announce that the match will become a six-man.

Match Three: The Wyatt Family vs. CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, & John Cena

We return with Harper and Punk. Punk gets the turning neckbreaker and both men down after some momentum changes. Harper takes out Cena and Bryan to prevent the tag and puts Punk down with a suplex.

Rowan brought inside and he puts Punk down with a backbreaker. Bray Wyatt now brought inside and Punk being worked over. Corner work from Wyatt before he seats Punk up top. Punk fights back with a headbutt and hits a crossbody to put both men down.

Cena and Harper in and Cena with shoulder bumps. Side slam connects and Cena looking for the Five Knuckle Shuffle. It connects and Cena looking for the Attitude Adjustment. Harper turns out, but drop toehold into an STF for Cena. The Wyatts break it up and chaos breaks out. The Wyatts taken out by Punk and Bryan. GTS Running Knee, and Attitude Adjustment trio put Harper down.

Winners by pinfall: CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, & John Cena

Ryan Seacrest and Bruce Willis pay tribute to the troops.

Hostess Michelle Beadle discusses the significance of this event for the US military with Colonel H. Charles Hodges, Jr.

Santino Marella introduces Daughtry, who perform a set for the troops.

Match Four: Fandango (w/Summer Rae) vs. R-Truth

Lockup starts us off and we get a stalemate. R-Truth with his signature dance moves and a hip toss. Corner work and Fandango ducks under the mount to rip Truth to the mat. Clothesline knocks Truth down, but Truth comes back with a heel kick. Clotheslines and a front suplex for Truth get a nearfall.

Scissors Kick attempt misses as Fandango moves outside. Shoulder ram to the stomach and Fandango rushes inside right into a What's Up from R-Truth.

Winner by pinfall: R-Truth

Alec Baldwin and Will Ferrell pay tribute to the troops.

The Bella Twins welcome Jeff Dunham, who performs a routine for the troops. Big Show makes his way out and informs Peanut and Jeff Dunham that he needs to cut them off to perform for the troops.

Damien Sandow has a bit to say before his match. Sandow is a bit disturbed by all the types of people that have performed before the troops, but he promises to cut down a giant here.

Match Five: Big Show vs. Damien Sandow

Lockup and Damien Sandow can do nothing with it as Big Show butt bumps him away. Show works him into the corner and gives him a stinkface. Huge chop across the chest of Sandow connects. Sandow goes for a few chops of his own, but Show feels nothing and gives Sandow one more. Clotheslines and a splash in the corner followed by a shoulder bump. Chokeslam connects and the KO Punch soon follows.

Winner by pinfall: Big Show

Daniel Bryan, John Cena, and CM Punk come out with a collective of WWE Superstars to lead the crowd in a chant of "YES!" as the show closes.
