Main Event: Foley Claus gives Miz help against Axel
By NOLAN HOWELL - SLAM Wrestling

Have a nice holiday! It is that time of year and Foley Claus will surely be greeting you with that wish should you encounter him. Tonight on WWE Main Event, Foley Claus offers The Miz a little help against Curtis Axel, who will have Ryback in his corner. Plus, Divas action! All that and more on this week's edition of WWE Main Event!

We are on tape from Austin, Texas. Josh Mathews and The Miz have the call for this week.

Foley Claus makes his way out with a bag full of gifts for the WWE Universe and the announce team. Foley Claus says he made a special trip here to wish everyone in the WWE happy holidays before he went to deliver gifts to all.

Curtis Axel and Ryback make their way out. Both men take shots at the weight of Foley Claus and ask if he has anything better to do than hand out gifts to an undeserving crowd. They attempt to take the gifts and Foley Claus alerts them that will only get coal in their stockings. Axel takes the gifts and Ryback says he hates Santa because he asked for an Olympic weightlifting set and got a ThighMaster one year. The two call Foley a fake and try to rip his beard off.

The Miz steps in and says no one will be bullying Santa on his watch. Miz believes the two men should be cheerful and wants to sing a carol with Foley Claus. Miz and Foley Claus launch into two renditions of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" to mock the two. Foley Claus announces Curtis Axel will face The Miz tonight with Santa in his corner.
