Impact: Title tourney continues at Turning Point

TNA Turning Point is upon us and the company has a stacked card for the special show. Tonight on TNA Impact's special Turning Point edition, the TNA title tournament rolls on with two hardcore matchups. Plus, Mr. Anderson and Bully Ray battle it out with Aces & Eights or Anderson's career being ended. All that and more on this week's edition of TNA Impact: Turning Point!

We are LIVE from Orlando, Fla. Mike Tenay and Taz have the call for this week.

The announce team informs us that "Cowboy" James Storm was attacked last night by Bobby Roode and Impact 365 shows the footage of the bar brawl.

TNA President Dixie Carter meets up with Samoa Joe backstage. Carter says that she was not impressed with Joe's interruption from last week and that he will be jobless if he ever takes that tone with her again. Carter warns Joe to get the unification bout with TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles out of his head and declares she will be kicking off the show next.

Dixie Carter makes her way out to the ring. Carter promotes her being featured in a Sports Illustrated piece before calling out AJ Styles. Carter says the fans have turned on him for not joining her and taking off to wrestle in other countries around the world. Carter is ready to prevent Styles from carrying the TNA title with him and other people profiting off her.

"Cowboy" James Storm interrupts Carter. Storm wants to talk about consequences, saying he knows Carter saw the footage of him being attacked by Bobby Roode. Storm says a bullrope isn't enough for him to use on Roode and calls for a special Florida Deathmatch. Carter informs Storm she won't be changing the match. Storm says he will take the police up on their offer to arrest Bobby Roode for assault if Carter doesn't change the match. Carter tells Storm not to take that tone. Storm apologizes and asks nicely and Carter gives him the match.

Mike Tenay and Taz preview the rest of tonight's Turning Point show.

Prior to their match, Magnus makes his entrance and Samoa Joe invites him to start their falls count anywhere match backstage. Magnus meeting him to accept the offer as we break.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Falls Count Anywhere Match One: Samoa Joe vs. Magnus

We join the match in progress backstage as Samoa Joe runs Magnus into a wall backstage. Huge chop to the chest of Magnus as they head into the production area. Action from the break shows Joe in control, using all the weaponry he could on the loading dock. Magnus stomping Joe down on the stage and dropping an elbow for a nearfall.

Magnus stepping on the throat of Joe on top of the stage. Knee lift to the head.lands for Magnus. The two brawling down the ramp. Magnus rakes the back and both men landing blows as the action returns to the ring. Joe runs into a Magnus boot in the corner and Magnus up top. Atomic drop counter followed by a big boot as Magnus comes down into some counter offense from Joe. Back splash misses and Magnus unloading some shots, but he runs into a powerslam from Joe for a nearfall.

Attempted splash in the corner from Joe misses and Magnus with a sitout scoop slam for a nearfall. Magnus with a snap suplex and he heads up top. Joe is able to meet him with a chop to the chest. Magnus able to strike him down and hits the elbow drop for a close nearfall.

Magnus looking for the Cloverleaf. Joe kicks him away and makes his way to the corner. Magnus charges in and eats an STJoe for his troubles. Magnus rolls outside and Joe gathering some speed as he hits a suicide dive for a close nearfall out on the floor.

Counter from Magnus shoves Joe into the ring. Magnus searching for a weapon and gets out a steel chair that he wedges in the bottom two ropes in the corner. Magnus attempts a whip, but Joe steps under and locks in the Coquina Clutch. Magnus rams him into the apron to get a break. Leaned against the corner, Joe charges at Magnus and runs his head into the steel chair.

Winner by pinfall: Magnus

Bad Influence make their way out. Kazarian says the group is here to enjoy the brother vs. brother matchup from ringside.

Prior to the match, Joseph Park has a few unkind words for Bad Influence. Park has been searching for 18 months and he is ready to prove to the world tonight that the accusations are wrong and he is not a loser.

The music of Abyss hits and no one makes their way out. Bad Influence hit the ring and taunt Park. Daniels says Park is not a story of inspiration because of who he is. Daniels calls Park a loser, a failure, and an embarrassment to his family. Daniels challenges him and decides to try to make him snap by having Kazarian pour blood over his head. The verbal berating continues as Park exits up the ramp.

TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim and Lei'D Tapa in the ring to take on the next challenger.

Match Two: Gail Kim vs. Candice LaRea

The match starts off quickly as Candice LaRea opens up with bruising forearms. Gail Kim pulls her into a clothesline to stop the attack. Punt to the ribs of LaRea and a running dropkick into the corner put LaRea down for a nearfall.

Gail Kim unloading strikes. LaRea floats over as she is whipped into the corner to hit a headscissors takeover. Sunset flip gets Gail Kim down temporarily and she is backed into the corner. Forearm shivers from LaRea connect, but a splash misses and both ladies exchanging strikes. Huge powerbomb plants LaRea for a nearfall and an Eat Defeat soon follows.

Video package shows TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles defending his title in Japan in the W-1 promotion.

Jeremy Borash with Mr. Anderson. Anderson promises that this match will not be his last in the company and that he will finally end the Aces & Eights once and for all.

Gunner and James Storm backstage. Gunner believes Storm doesn't need all this weaponry to defeat Roode, but promises to have his back tonight.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Florida Deathmatch Match Three: "Cowboy" James Storm vs. Bobby Roode

James Storm meets Bobby Roode as soon as he steps out with a kendo stick. Storm slamming Roode into the barricade and striking away outside. Clothesline on the ramp from Storm. Roode counters back by slamming the head of Storm into the post. Roode moves the steel steps out, but Storm whips him over the steps.

Action moves inside and Storm tosses garbage cans full of weapons inside. Storm slams the crutch into the stomach of Roode. Weapons galore from Storm. He is bodydropped to the apron, where he hits Roode with an enzuigiri to the back of the head. Storm off the ropes, but he is cracked by Roode with a baking sheet as he meets him. Crutch being used to take Storm out by Roode. Roode going at it with the weapon. Storm counters and stomps Roode down in the corner, using a kendo stick to crack a trash can into the groin of Roode. Cooking sheet to the back of the head of Roode. Storm up top and he kicks Roode away to land a huge shot with the trash can that nearly puts Roode down for the count.

Roode up to his feet and Storm looking for Eye of the Storm onto a trash can. Roode spins out of the move and sends Storm off the ropes for a Double R Spinebuster on the can. Storm down for the count, but he is able to barely make it to his feet.

Trash can lid across the head of Storm from Roode connects, but Storm is able to grab one of his own. Both men swinging for the fences on each other and both men are now down. Roode first to his feet and he takes a crutch. Charging at Storm, Roode is on the wrong end of a Last Call Superkick. Roode moves outside as the referee's count gets higher. He returns to his feet with a beer bottle in hand.

Storm coming at Roode, but he is cracked across the skull with the beer bottle. Roode returns to the ring and the referee's count drawing near the end. Storm up with a sudden burst, but he is blasted by a lariat. Referee once again counting as Roode prepares by getting chairs and setting them up in the middle of the ring. Fireman's carry driver through a pair of chairs. Referee mercifully beginning another count for Storm.

Signs of life from Storm and he props himself up in the corner. Crutch to the body of Storm before cracking the weapon across the kidneys of Storm. Roode frustrated and heads out to get a barbed wire board. Roode hoisting Storm to his shoulders and Gunner runs out with the towel.

Winner by technical submission: Bobby Roode

Storm and Gunner arguing at ringside over the decision. Gunner tells Storm that Roode could have ended his career and Storm having none of it as he stomps his way backstage.

Video package shows Samuel Shaw being interviewed by Christy Hemme. Shaw shows off his apartment and art work, but appears to be reluctant to show some of his more sinister looking work. Shaw asks Hemme on a date and gets her number before menacingly glaring down at the number on the notepad.

Norv Fernum and Dewey Barnes talking backstage. Ethan Carter III shows up and thanks them for showing up, but informs them the rivalry has to end as he will be taking on a TNA legend tonight.

Aces & Eights take over the interviewing station from Jeremy Borash. Bully Ray says he has never met anyone as ungrateful as Ken Anderson and he gave him a home in Aces & Eights. Bully resurrected Anderson and he promises to take good care of Anderson's pregnant wife after his career ends.

Kurt Angle discusses his semifinal matchup with Magnus. Angle is interrupted by Dixie Carter serving notice that they need to speak.

Match Four: Ethan Carter III vs. Shark Boy

Ethan Carter III drops Shark Boy with one punch to start. Shark Boy fighting back with strikes and EC3 hooks the ropes to get outside and avoid the barrage. Shark Boy takes chase. EC3 attempts an elbow drop, but Shark Boy rolls away as he reenters. Corner work from Shark Boy and EC3 is wobbled. Stunner attempt from Shark Boy is countered by a facebuster. One Percenter connects.

Winner by pinfall: Ethan Carter III

Kurt Angle and Bobby Roode meet up backstage. Dixie Carter tells both men they will be leading teams on the Thanksgiving edition of TNA Impact for an eight-man elimination tag match.

TNA wrestlers line the stage to catch a glimpse of the main event.

Jeremy Borash gives introductions.

No Disqualification Match Five: Bully Ray (w/Brooke) vs. Mr. Anderson

Mr. Anderson spears Bully Ray to start the match as Jeremy Borash introduces him. Anderson takes the mic and introduces himself. Anderson with a low blow on Bully and Bully moves outside with Brooke. Brooke being used as a shield and Bully shoves Brooke into Anderson to open up. Both men going at it with strikes outside. Anderson has his arm slammed on the steel steps. Bully brings in the table as we break.

Anderson suplexed from the apron by Bully as we return. Table propped in the corner by Bully. The two exchanging blows in the middle of the ring. Anderson dropped by a big boot. Huge chop across the chest of Anderson from Bully in the corner. Bully taunts Anderson and Anderson responds by slapping the taste out of his mouth. Splash squashes Anderson and Bully drops him with a right hand. Chain in hand and Anderson whipped across the back and chest of Anderson. Elbow drop with the chain wrapped around the elbow misses and both men down. Action back to the feet and Anderson now has the chain. Bully now on the receiving end of the blows with the chain. Chain around the fist of Anderson, but Bully counters with an STO for a nearfall.

Action moves outside and Bully picks the mat up. Bully looking to piledrive Anderson into the concrete, but back bodydrop from Anderson counters. Pulling piledriver attempt from Anderson is stopped by Knux from behind. Knux brawling Anderson, but Anderson sends him off into the steps. Piledriver on the concrete by Anderson.

The colors ripped off the back of Knux and Bully attacks Anderson from behind. Bully moves the action inside and goes up top, but Anderson with a low blow., Rolling fireman's carry slam from Anderson. Mic Check attempt misses and Bully spears Anderson through the table. Cover in the middle gets a nearfall.

Bully sends Brooke to get the hammer from Taz, Brooke tosses it over the head of Bully and Anderson cracks Bully over the head with the weapon. Mic Check converts and plants Bully into the mat.

Winner by pinfall: Mr. Anderson

Anderson calls for the jackets of Aces & Eights. The TNA roster helps him collect them all and Anderson stand triumphant as the Aces & Eights are disbanded to close the show.
