TNA Impact: Team 3D battles Sabin and mystery partner
By NOLAN HOWELL - SLAM Wrestling

With the TNA Impact special edition of Hardcore Justice coming up next week, business is picking up between TNA World Heavyweight Champion and Bully Ray. Tonight on TNA Impact, brothers Bully and Devon tag up to reunite Team 3D against Sabin and a mystery member of Main Event Mafia. Who will it be? All that and more on this week's edition of TNA Impact!

Aces & Eights shown backstage cornering Mike Tenay. Taz tells Tenay that he has the night off and it is time to let him step in the booth, promising that Mr. Anderson would bring down some punishment if he doesn't hit the road. Tenay drags himself away.

Bully moves on to reason two, discussing his tag match with Devon against Chris Sabin and a mystery partner. However, none of this will matter next week, as Bully promises to get his belt back. Bully calls on Chris to get the contract signing out of the way or return his belt.

TNA World Heavyweight Champion Chris Sabin hits the ring. Bully tells Sabin that he believes he is scared of him and that the belt doesn't fit him. Sabin says he has always believed in himself and that he will do it again at Hardcore Justice. Bully has had enough and wants the contract to be brought down, calling Hulk Hogan down.

Brooke Hogan appears instead. Hogan says her father is out of town, but she has corresponded with him about Bully's contracts. Hogan states that because of Bully's behavior, the contracts were reviewed and there was a stipulation found. The stipulation states that Bully losing at Hardcore Justice would mean he can never have a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship again.

Bully says that he will not be pushed around by Sabin or any of the Hogan clan. Brooke Hogan says that it would be a shame for everyone to find out that Bully, not unlike his marriage, is little action and all talk. Both men sign the contract.

Taz and Mr. Anderson continue to harass Jeremy Borash, who previews the show as we head to break.
