WWE NXT: Dallas upsets Langston to win gold

Tonight on WWE NXT: It's a big night as underdog Bo Dallas challenges Big E Langston for the NXT Championship and to open the show, former United States Champion Antonio Cesaro battles the former El Generico, Sami Zayn, in what was a fantastic battle. Should be a good one!

And we are TAPED! from Orlando, Fla. Tony Dawson and William Regal are our hosts. This show is presented in WWEHD (TV-PG,V).

Match #1 - Sami Zayn (Montreal, Quebec) vs. Antonio Cesaro (Lucerne, Switzerland)

Cesaro is angry and gets right into the ring and attacks Zayn. The action spills to the outside and Cesaro drops Zayn on the barricade. The referee finally gets them back in the ring and allows Zayn to stand before ringing the bell. He does and Cesaro immediately clocks Zayn, but Zayn kicks out at two.

Zayn able to get some offense going and he back drops Cesaro, but that is short-lived, as Cesaro plants him with a spinebuster. Cesaro continuing to pound on Zayn, but Zayn is resilient and won't go away.

On a side note, Cesaro is ridiculously tan. He works a chinlock, but Zayn gets back to his feet and backs Cesaro into the corner, then hits a spinning sit-out slam for two. Cesaro comes right back and hits a European uppercut for two and then Cesaro deadliest Zayn and hits a gut-wrench slam for two. They end up in the corner and Zayn uses a head scissors to throw Cesaro over the top rope and to the floor.

Zayn looks around, hits the ropes and hits a huge flip dive over the top rope to the outside. He throws Cesaro back in the ring and goes to the top rope. He wants a big splash, but Cesaro splatters him over the canvas with a giant European uppercut, but Zayn somehow kicks out at two. Zayn in dream land. Cesaro stalking Zayn now and locks in a modified chinlock and then a knee. He charges but eats a back elbow. Zayn follows with a modified Canadian Destroyer, but Cesaro kicks out at two.

Zayn charges at Cesaro, who's in the corner, but Cesaro gets the boot up. Zayn down and out. Cesaro dead lifts him again, but Zayn slips out into a small package, but Cesaro kicks out at two. He transitions right into a devastating chinlock. He works that for a bit before hitting the Neutralizer and ending it. Great match.

Match #2 - Baron Corbin & Travis Tyler vs. Scott Dawson & Garrett Dylan

Tyler gets on Dawson early, but Dawson and Dylan take over and isolate Tyler. After minutes of being cut off, Tyler finally brings Corbin into the match. He goes to work on Dawson, but that is short lived, as Dawson drills him with a spinebuster and Dylan comes off the second rope. It's Southern Pride and that does it.

Winners via pinfall: Scott Dawson & Garrett Dylan

Match #3 - NXT Women's Championship Tournament - Bayley (San Jose, Calif.) vs. Alicia Fox (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.)

Fox in control early. She applies a chin lock and rag dolls Bayley a little bit. Fox face washes Bayley a little bit, but Bayley slaps her and then gives her a monkey flip out of the corner. She runs wild with some clotheslines and a big knee drop for two. Bayley with an exploder suplex but Fox is out at two. Bayley goes to grab Fox, but Fox lands a kick and then puts Bayley away with a scissors kick to end it.

Winner via pinfall: Alicia Fox

Match #4 - NXT Championship - Big E Langston (Tampa, Fla.) vs. Bo Dallas (Brooksville, Fla.)

Langston uses his power early. The action heads to the outside and Langston in total control. Back in the ring and Langston with some big shots to the body. Langston with a big splash as he continues to work over Dallas' midsection. Dallas tries to fire up but can't get the big man off his feet despite his best efforts. He gets a knee up in the corner, though, that wobbles Langston, and follows with a springboard bulldog for two.

Dallas comes in, but runs right into a belly-to-belly from Langston. Langston with three straight clotheslines and then five knees right to the gut. The big pounce connects and Langston is feeling it. He's stalking Dallas and lifts him for the Big Ending, but Dallas is able to hold the ropes. Langston gets him off, but in doing so, Dallas exposes the turnbuckle. Dallas slides out the back and runs Langston twice into the steel and then hits the belly-to-belly suplex and that does it!

Winner via pinfall and NEW NXT Champion: Bo Dallas
