Impact: Wedding ends in chaos

Weddings bring some of the best memories for an individual. The union that brings two people together in love often provides memories that can last a lifetime. However, in professional wrestling, the wedding is often a source of controversy and confusion. Tonight on TNA Impact Wrestling, Bully Ray will be taking Brooke Hogan's hand in marriage. That is, if this hitch goes off without a hitch!

Recap of last week's developments kicks us off. We are LIVE from the Impact Zone in Orlando, Fla. Mike Tenay, Todd Keneley, and Taz have the call per usual.

Bully Ray is preparing for the ceremonies when Spike Dudley and Tommy Dreamer come to congratulate their friend. Brooke Hogan is seen getting ready with a few TNA Knockouts as her bridesmaids. She is unsure whether her father will be attending the wedding tonight.

TNA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy is here. He plays to his "creatures" and reminds everyone that he is still the champion. Hardy commends the fans for their support. Kazarian and Christopher Daniels come out to confront Hardy. Kazarian tells Hardy that in one week, his partner will be holding the title Hardy has now. Daniels says that he didn't think Hardy was the bragging type. Daniels brushes off the fans and tells them that he never needed them, but he gives them permission to worship him when he wins the belt. Hardy starts the fight right there, but the team overwhelms him. James Storm hits the ring to clear out Daniels and Kazarian. Storm challenges them to a fight, but Daniels and Kaz are not interested. Storm says this isn't an option and a match is in order.

Match One: James Storm & Jeff Hardy vs. Kazarian & Christopher Daniels

Storm and Hardy laying the beat down anywhere they want. Action moves from the outside to the inside. Daniels and Kazarian are again sent out and Hardy knocks them both down with a baseball slide as we hit a break.

We return with Daniels on the wrong end of a double-team from Hardy and Storm. Hardy is the legal man and hits a step-over kick for a nearfall. Storm in and brawling with the smaller Daniels. Daniels is able to drive him into his corner and Kazarian uses some dirty offense with the referee's back turned. Kazarian now the legal man. Quick tags between Daniels and Kazarian to keep Storm down. Kazarian in with a huge haymaker to the stomach. Daniels now in with a neckbreaker for yet another nearfall. Storm looks for a tag, but Daniels pulls him down by his hair. Daniels with a blatant choke.

Small package from Storm almost turns the tide, but Daniels locking in a side headlock. Storm gets the Russian legsweep and is looking for a tag. Hardy and Kaz now legal and the wheels have come off. Action moving all over the place. Hardy with a flying attack from the apron to take out both opponents. Back in the ring and Hardy hits a Whisper in the Wind for a nearfall. Daniels comes in to help and hits an STO on Hardy. Storm sends him out with Closing Time. Kazarian rakes the eyes of Hardy and gets a nearfall on a small package. Hardy with the Twist of Fate out of nowhere.

Winners by pinfall: Jeff Hardy and James Storm

Daniels attacks Hardy with the belt after the match. Angel's Wings on the title belt. Daniels lays on top of Hardy and taunts his fallen opposition.

TNA Gut Check judges review last week's competitors.

Jay Bradley and Brian Cage will hear their fates next.

Bully Ray still chatting it up with Spike Dudley and Tommy Dreamer. Joseph Park comes in to give him a box of Cuban cigars as a congratulatory wedding gift.

TNA Gut Check judgement is up. Taz, Bruce Pritchard, and Al Snow are given their proper introductions. Jeremy Borash then introduces Cage and Bradley. Cage is immediately sent walking because of his loss last week. Taz votes against Bradley and Bradley is given the chance to "kick out." Bradley says that he has been all over the world and has more than paid his dues. Al Snow gives his vote for Bradley. Bruce Pritchard is the deciding vote and he votes for Bradley.

Jay Bradley is the newest member of the TNA roster.

Match Two: Christian York vs. Kenny King

York immediately flies out and lands on King before he hits the ring. York with a huge clothesline on the outside. Action moves inside and York again puts King down with a clothesline. York using power to stifle King. York catches a kick of King and King begs him to let him go. York's caution costs him and King with a huge kick to the head. King going for his finisher, but York falls out and a grappling exchange ensues. York with a kick to the head and sets him up on his shoulders. King scoots out and rakes the eyes. Roll-up and a handful of tights gets King the win.

Winner by pinfall: Kenny King

Bully Ray talks with Sting backstage. Bully wants Brooke to be happy and begs Sting to talk to Hulk Hogan so he can walk her down the aisle. Sting says that he will try for Bully.

The announce crew previews the wedding.

Austin Aries debating what to wear to the ceremonies tonight. Bobby Roode steps in front of the mirror and the two begin to bicker. Aries says that the two shouldn't argue and the company is slanted against them. Aries says that he is wearing all black because he has a few objections to make later tonight.

Hulk Hogan arrives and isn't talking to the cameraman about the wedding.

Bully Ray joins his best men and Taz. Bully is a little stressed about the wedding and Brooke's condition, but he is ready for tonight and is glad everyone showed up.

Sting is here. Per usual, he is hyped up and ready to celebrate the wedding. Sting says that, despite the love in the air, there is a bit of tension. He calls for Hulk Hogan and his wish is granted. The Hulkster makes his way out to the ring. Hogan is not in the most festive of moods and wants to cut to the chase. Sting makes the case for Bully Ray, saying he has come to the aid of Brooke, Hulk, and himself numerous times. Hogan says that he just will never trust Bully Ray. Sting says that he needs to do it for his own reasons and for Brooke tonight. Hulk says he always does the right thing and walks off.

Taryn Terrell is met by Gail Kim backstage. Gail is not pleased about Taryn's refereeing at Genesis and warns her that tonight's rematch between her and Velvet Sky better be called down the middle.

Match Three: Gail Kim vs. Velvet Sky

This match will determine the number one contender for the TNA Knockouts Championship.

Lockup leads to a stalemate between the ladies. Sky gains control with a shoulder block and Gail moves outside to regroup. Knee to the stomach by Gail. Gail remains in the driver's seat and hits a neckbreaker for a nearfall. Sky in the corner and gets the momentum in her favor with a kick to the head. Gail with some dirty offense and a choke with her knee. Gail with the headscissors in on Sky. Boot to the back of the head of Sky. Eat Defeat lands for Kim, but Velvet Sky gets the foot on the ropes. Gail Kim is not pleased with this and gets face-to-face with Taryn Terrell.

Sky uses this to turn the tide. Clotheslines and headscissors takeover. Gail Kim is dropped on her face and Sky hits the In Yo' Face for the victory.

Winner by pinfall: Velvet Sky

Dixie Carter is backstage with Brooke Hogan. The two share a tearful moment as Dixie tells her how proud she is of her.

Austin Aries and Bobby Roode hit the ring. Roode thinks that the celebration of Brooke Hogan and Bully Ray is not as important as celebrating himself and Aries. Roode saying that he and Aries have carried the company. Aries notes that the two have been part of the best moments in the company. Aries is not pleased and he wants the respect that they deserve. Roode chimes in and both men object to the wedding. TNA Tag Team Champions Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez make their way to the ring. Chavo says that they both object to the statements Roode and Aries have made. The two teams argue and a brawl ensues. Aries and Roode are sent packing, avoiding any significant punishment.

Hulk Hogan and Sting discuss the ceremony. Hogan is still up in the air, but Sting says that Hogan needs to walk Brooke down the aisle. Hogan says that he always does what is right by his family and by the business.

Bully Ray makes his way to the ring. Tommy Dreamer and Miss Tessmacher walk down the ramp together. Spike Dudley comes down with Mickie James on his arm. Taz enters with Christy Hemme.

The bride is introduced. Brooke Hogan making her way down the ramp and taking her time, seeing if her father will walk her down the aisle. Hulk Hogan appears to walk his daughter down the aisle. The ceremony begins and the two exchange words of love in their vows. The rings are given and "I do" promises are exchanged. The priest is about to make this official, but Taz grabs the mic abruptly. Taz wants to make sure Bully wants to do this. Taz also asks if it is hot in here and removes his coat to reveal an Aces and Eights vest. The gang rushes the ring and beat everyone involved down. D.O.C. and Mike Knox hold Brooke to watch the beating.

Brooke is finally let go and the broadcast ends with her checking on her father and the man that is still her fiancee.
