Hulk Hogan reportedly refiles $100 million sex tape lawsuit

Wrestler-turned-reality TV star Hulk Hogan has refiled his lawsuit against the website that leaked his sex tape after dismissing the action "without prejudice".

Hogan filed a $100 million lawsuit against the owners of Gawker.com shortly after the candid six-year-old footage of him making love with the wife of New York radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge hit the Internet in October.

He dismissed the lawsuit in federal court without prejudice last month, and refiled it in Florida state court this week, according to TMZ.com.

He is also suing his sex tape partner Heather Clem in the state, accusing her of leaking the footage to the media.

Hogan reportedly dismissed the federal case in order to consolidate his claims against both Clem and Gawker bosses.

He also sued Bubba the Love Sponge for unspecified damages -- accusing him of leaking the footage to the media -- but that lawsuit was settled, and the radio personality apologized on air.
