WWE Main Event: Ryback feasts on Ziggler
By MATT BISHOP - SLAM! Wrestling

Tonight on WWE Main Event: The astronomical rise of Ryback continues on the latest episode of WWE's newest show. The No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship is in action this week when he faces Mr. Money in the Bank Dolph Ziggler, who is rather concerned about this match. In other action, Alberto Del Rio takes on Sin Cara. Should be a good one!

And we are TAPED! from Providence, R.I. Michael Cole and The Miz are our hosts. This show is presented in WWEHD (TV-PG,V).

Cole and Miz are in the ring starting the hype for tonight's featured bout between Ryback and Dolph Ziggler. They kick it to a video package on Ryback. They come back and Miz says when you're in the ring with Ryback, it's like you're meat, he gets his eyes locked on you and they don't come off.

Next up we get an awesome video package on Ziggler.

Matt Striker is backstage with Ryback. He asks a question and Ryback's answer is, "Watch what I do to Ziggler. It's feeding time."

Josh Mathews is with Ziggler. "No comment," Ziggler says of his thoughts about facing Ryback. Ziggler is clearly distraught.

Match #1 - Ryback (Sin City) vs. Dolph Ziggler (Hollywood, Fla.)

They go to the outside and Ryback slings Ziggler right into the barricade. They go back in the ring and Ziggler slides out of the ring and runs to the back. Ryback chases him and they go to the back.

We're back and Ryback's theme starts playing and he comes out from the back with Ziggler in a fireman's carry. He gets to ringside and throws Ziggler back into the ring between the top and middle rope. Ziggler tries to hit some clotheslines but Ryback no-sells them and lifts Ziggler into orbit. Ryback with a bear-hug.

Ryback charges Ziggler but Ziggler moves and Ryback goes shoulder-first into the post. Ziggler tries to get going on offense but can't get the big man off his feet and ends up running into a power bomb. The big lariat follows and Ryback finishes him off with the Shell Shock. Buh bye.

Winner via pinfall: Ryback

Cole and Miz are back in the ring to chat with Paul Heyman to get his thoughts on Ryback's match with Ziggler. Heyman buries Ziggler for running away and says Ryback has unprecedented power, but to survive Hell in a Cell, it requires strategy and smarts, something Ryback doesn't have. And come Sunday, CM Punk will hand Ryback his very first loss.

Match #2 - Sin Cara (Mexico City, Mexico) vs. Alberto Del Rio (San Luis Potosi, Mexico)

Del Rio is all over Sin Cara in the early-going. Big tilt-a-whirl backbreaker lands for Del Rio. This is all Del Rio here and Sin Cara is in trouble.

Sin Cara finally gets some offense going. He hits a springboard back elbow and drops Del Rio but can only get two. Sin Cara to the apron and he hits a big kick. He goes to the top for the swanton bomb but Del Rio gets his knees up. He walks over, applies the cross-armbreaker and Sin Cara quickly taps.

Winner via submission: Alberto Del Rio

After the match, Del Rio, joined by the Prime Time Players, start beating the tar out of Sin Cara. Del Rio tries to unmask him when Randy Orton makes the save. Scoop slam for Darren Young, RKO for Titus O'Neil and then an RKO for Young. Del Rio takes off. Orton grabs the mic and challenges Del Rio, Young and O'Neil to face him, Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio in next week's main event.
