Evan Bourne suspended 60 days
Just days after dropping the WWE tag team titles, Evan Bourne was suspended today for 60 days, following his second violation of the company's Talent Wellness Program. Bourne's first suspension, for 30 days, came in November 2011. On Sunday, at a house show in Oakland, California, Bourne (real name Matt Korklan) and Kofi Kingston (Kofi Nahaje Sarkodie-Mensah), known as Air Boom, dropped the WWE tag team titles to Epico and Primo Colon. A quickie rematch followed last night on Monday Night Raw. Bourne's run with the tag titles was his first championship run in WWE. He addressed the suspension on his official Twitter account: "Sorry y'all. Sometimes we become our own worst enemy."
