WWE Tough Enough: Contestant quits; Ryan, Rima back in bottom 3
By MATT BISHOP - SLAM! Wrestling

Tonight on WWE Tough Enough: Things are getting tougher and tougher for some contestants inside the house. Too tough for one, in fact, as one female contestant bows out to return to being a mother. The bottom three, as Steve Austin notes, is "kind of like a family reunion" as Ryan and Rima return for another round with Stone Cold. Also, The Big Show and Stacy Keiber make cameos.

We see Rima and Ryan returning back to the house from their bottom three meeting. Mickael is completely confused. He says he doesn't understand at all what Steve Austin is looking for after getting rid of Matt but keeping Ryan. "That's crazy," Michelle says.

Now it's a new day at the house and Bill DeMott comes barging in at 6:08 a.m. and gets everyone out of bed for a run. Luke says the more endurance challenges they do, the better it is for him. Austin is next to some of them on a cart drinking a Red Bull. Michelle notes running is not her strong point. She says her entire body was locking up. Austin says this is one of the things that worried about him about Michelle, her body holding up.

Luke just plasters everyone, finishing in just more than 19 minutes. Ryan finishes in just over 20. Austin sees Eric trudging along, noting the dog thing last week might've bought him an extra week but this isn't impressing him one bit. Rima finishes at just over 28 minutes, finishing at the best out of the girls and beating some of the guys. DeMott says he's impressed. Eric finished at 42 minutes and DeMott is not happy.

It's off to the training center and Michelle notes she expects training to be "pure hell" today. Austin gets in the ring, runs the ropes and takes a flat back bump for apparently no reason. But then he says this week's lesson is about technique. Reversals, holds and takedowns are on the books today.

Michelle is struggling and Trish Stratus is taking note. Michelle admits her head is not in the game on this particular day.

The Big Show walks into the gym and Austin notes his technique is impeccable. Show notes the importance of technique for safety purposes. Show is attracted to Eric and pulls himself and tells him he's shooting himself in the foot by not being in shape. Eric says this talk meant a lot to him and has inspired him to do a little more work.

Now Austin gets in the ring with Luke. Luke says he will never forget that moment. Austin considers Luke to be safe and sound. Martin says he's a little jealous that Austin saw enough in Luke to trust him to get into the ring with him, so he's going to step up his own game.

Back at the house, Michelle is talking to her husband. She is struggling. She misses her girl and her husband tells her her daughter said she wanted her mommy to come back. Michelle questions if it's really worth it and says she'd give anything in the world to be able to tuck her daughter in.

It's back to the gym and Michelle is still struggling. Rima is talking with her about it. Austin arrives and everyone is standing except Michelle. Austin asks everyone how they're doing and Michelle steps forward and says she has something to say. She tells him she wants her daughter more than she wants a WWE contract. Austin tells everyone to go outside with Trish and asks Michelle to think about it one more time before making a final decision.

Austin sits down with her on the ramp and says after all his time in the business, he just now is getting to know his daughters. Austin says family is one of the most important things in a life and he respects her decision and gives her a hug, which he notes he doesn't do a whole lot. After showing Austin being a hard-ass for the first two weeks, this was a very different moment that showed a different side of him that maybe no fan has ever seen before.

In her exit interview, Michelle says she thought she wanted to be a Diva, but it turns out she wanted to be a mother instead. She leaves the facility with a smile on her face. Austin says you find out real quick that this business isn't for everybody.

Now it's to the outside with Trish for a lesson in technique. She introduces them to some friends of hers and a bunch of cheerleaders come busting through. She says they are their trainers for today because they will have to perform at a popular Los Angeles tourist spot later in the day.

The look on Jeremiah's face is priceless. Mickael is scared about what's going to happen when he goes back to Jersey.

Trish comes walking in with none other than Stacy Keibler. Jeremiah says he was tuned in. He didn't care about the cheerleading, he only cared about her. She's here to talk about cheerleading.

They are practicing and Rima almost dies. Rima says she is having trust issues while being vaulted into the air. Keibler gives her some tips and she gets it.

We see them walking out of the house in their cheer outfits and it's onto Universal Studios. This is hilarious. Jeremiah does a backflip and then smiles without his teeth in. Booker loves this. They finish out their performance and don't do too bad all things considered.

We're back in the gym and Rima asks DeMott for some extra help after hours because she's getting frustrated and he accepts.

Now the contestants have to do a series of moves with someone being eliminated after each set. A small package, a suplex and more. Mickael struggles. He and Rima are sent out. They add more tasks to the chain. Luke is sent out after this one. Martin notes Luke was pissed. Christina is gone next. DeMott makes note of Ryan's over the top selling. He and Andy are cut. Then Ivelisse, AJ and Jeremiah are gone. Austin says it's down to the nitpicking stuff and it's down to the fine details, but those are what make or break you.

We're now down to Eric and Martin, who are told to go until they are told to stop. Austin stops it when Eric can't go anymore because he's too tired, so Martin's the winner. DeMott goes up to him and says "Congratulations, MARTIN" dropping his nickname of "Donny Osmond" for him. Martin is happy about this.

The trainers then go into the office to discuss the bottom three.

It's time for discussion. Everyone puts over Martin. They discuss who dropped the ball. Rima is brought up. On the plus side, she can run, but DeMott says she brought her whole group down in the cheerleading challenge. Austin brings up Mickael and Stratus responds with, "Who?" DeMott says what he did was "awful." They talk about Ryan and Booker says he's been hamming it up and not taking it seriously. DeMott says there's not an ounce of fight or manhood in him and he's a jackass. They talk about Eric and note his progression throughout the week. Stratus says he's coachable.

They adjourn and Austin calls out the bottom three. It's Mickael, Ryan and Rima. They are told to pack their bags and come back to Austin's ring.

Mickael is not happy when he gets back to the house. He throws his suitcase on the bed. Rima is not happy, either. "The only thing I'm not doing right is technique," she says, which is a funny comment considering how important that is.

Mickael is interviewed and he says he's convinced Ryan thinks he's staying and goes to help him out by getting rid of his bed. He tears up Ryan's bed and dispatches of the mattress in an undisclosed location. "He's not coming back tonight," Mickael notes. We'll see.

The bottom three leave the house and head to the gym and here comes Austin. "It's kind of like family reunion isn't it," Austin quips. He asks Mickael why he's here. He says he's got nothing to go back to except his wife. Austin says he failed to stand out from the crowd. He goes to Ryan and says he doesn't have a real sense of who or what he is. Ryan goes off on why he's no longer a nice guy. I don't know how Austin didn't just completely rip him apart with the way he sounded during this.

Austin moves to Rima and asks her why she's in the bottom three again. Rima asks him why she's here. Austin says her technique was nonexistent or brutal when Rima says it was "off." Rima notes how she has gone to Booker and DeMott and asked for their one-on-one time and Austin likes this answer quite a bit. He compliments her on the run and asks Mickael how he liked finishing behind Ryan in the run. He says he's not happy about having to stand next to him in the bottom three and he "doesn't want to be compared to this frickin' wiener." Austin asks Ryan to respond. He compares him to a smokey link for his small stature.

Austin asks them if they don't like each other and they say they do. He takes a breath and tells Rima she's safe and sends her back to the house.

Austin says he wants Ryan and Mickael to cut a promo on each other. He asks who wants to start and Mickael immediately volunteers. He doesn't cut a promo on Ryan, but the situation. Not very good. Ryan notes how Mickael hasn't made an impression. Ryan is just going to town on him in this promo.

Austin says he asked for their best and Mickael's best wasn't good enough. That's an understatement. He wasn't beating Ryan with that promo in this life or the next. Mickael is gone and rightfully so.

Austin notes Ryan manned up, dropped the nice guy persona and got mean. "It was him versus Mickael and he ate his ass up on the promo," Austin says.
