Superstars: Henry looks for revenge on Usos
By MATT BISHOP - SLAM! Wrestling

Tonight on WWE Superstars: All previously falling to the Usos in a handicap match, Mark Henry looks for revenge in tonight's main event. In earlier action on tonight's Thanksgiving show, the Smackdown side gives a nice match between Curt Hawkins and Trent Barreta and Raw gives us a good tag team match that sees Santino Marella and Kozlov battle Zack Ryder and Primo. Should be a good one!

This show is presented in WWEHD (TV-PG, V)

We start with the Smackdown brand. Former NXT host Ashley Valance is the ring announcer.

Match #1 - Curt Hawkins (Queens, NY) vs. Trent Barreta (Mount Sinai, NY)

Hawkins taunts Barreta early, asking him, "are you on my level?" after beating him down a bit. Barreta gets going with a ran and then sends Hawkins over the top and to the floor. Hawkins walks to the other side and Barreta comes flying over the top rope onto him. But as he walks near Hawkins, Hawkins grabs him and pulls him into the ringside barricade.

Hawkins in control in the ring but Barreta, on the apron, hits him on a leg drop as he hangs over the rope. Barreta lines Hawkins up and hits a running knee in the corner and then hits a springboard dropkick to Hawkins' back for two. O'Connor Roll gets two for Barreta. He comes off the ropes and Hawkins drops him for two. Back suplex connects for Hawkins and he goes up to the top rope looking for the flying elbow but Barreta moves. Barreta comes flying out of the corner with a running knee and Hawkins kicks out at two. Barreta goes for a springboard tornado DDT but Hawkins courters and hits a shoulder facebuster for the fall.

Winner via pinfall: Curt Hawkins

Match #2 - Santino Marella (Calabria, Italy) & Kozlov (Moscow, Russia) vs. Zack Ryder (Long Island, NY) & Primo (San Juan, Puerto Rico)

Ryder doesn't want any of Kozlov early and tags in Kozlov. Primo then tries to convince Kozlov to bring in Santino and he complies. "Cobra" chant. Santino gets the best of Primo and brings in the Russian. Quick tags now for the fan favorites Santino and Kozlov. Jawbreaker connects for Santino and Primo rolls right to a tag and Ryder comes in and hits an arm drag that sends Ryder flying to the floor annoyed. Primo tries to sneak attack Santino but Kozlov comes flying in and shoulders him to the outside. The heels regroup as we take a break.

We're back and the tides have turned with Primo in control of Santino. Santino gets a bit of momentum and goes for his salute headbutt but Primo gets the knees in. Ryder sends Santino chest-first into the corner and now it's Ryder and Primo working the quick tags and isolation. They hit Santino with a flapjack but he kicks out at two. Hammerlock now and the crowd gets behind Santino. He stands up, shucks off Primo and gets the tag to Kozlov.

He comes in on fire on Primo. Powerslam but Ryder makes the save. Kozlov clotheslines but he and Primo over the top. Santino in with Primo and he loads up the Cobra and hits Primo with it for the pin.

Winners via pinfall: Santino Marella & Kozlov

Match #3 - Handicap Match - Mark Henry (Silsbee, Texas) vs. Jimmy & Jey Uso (San Francisco, Calif.)

This is a return match from a prior edition of Superstars.

Henry's power game is the different early as he works on Jey. He brings in Jimmy and it's the same story. A Tamina distraction and a missed avalanche put the Usos in control. Henry is able to catch Jey with a power slam, though. He goes for a big splash but misses. Usos have Henry down and are going to work but Henry fires up on Jimmy. Jey tries a sneak attack but Henry brings him in the ring. Both Usos are down so he stacks them on each other and hits a big splash and follows that up with the World's Strongest Slam on Jimmy and gets the pin.

Winner via pinfall: Mark Henry
