ECW: A Bella vs. Bella main event. Seriously.
By MATT BISHOP - SLAM! Wrestling

Tonight on ECW on Sci-Fi: The Road to WrestleMania is coming to an end. And on tonight's edition of ECW is Video Packages, WWE highlights WrestleMania through a seemingly never ending stream of video packages. Your main event tonight, and I'm not kidding, on the go-home ECW to the biggest show of the year, is Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella. Should be a good one?

And we are TAPED! from Dallas, Texas. Todd Grisham and Matt Striker are our hosts. This show is presented in WWEHD (TV-PG,V).

Match #1 - Christian (Toronto, Ontario) & Finlay (Belfast, Northern Ireland) vs. Mark Henry (Silsbee, Texas) & Kane (Hell, Fire & Brimstone)

I might quit SLAM! if Kane is drafted to ECW in a few weeks (save your e-mails).

And this is match No. 43 to prep for you the Money in the Bank Ladder Match this coming Sunday at WrestleMania.

Kane is destroying Finlay and then tags in Henry to continue the devastation. The crowd gets behind Finlay but Kane shuts them up with a boot to the face.

Henry and Kane keep double-teaming Finlay but Finlay gains some momentum with a DDT and is able to bring Christian into the fray. Christian goes to work on Henry. He and Finlay double-team Henry, but after dispatching Kane, they run into a clothesline from Henry.

Christian goes to the top rope and flies right into the World's Strongest Slam.

Winners via pinfall: Mark Henry & Kane

In the post-match proceedings, Henry clotheslines Kane while both were staring at the briefcase.

The next 40 minutes of the show were comprised of video packages.

Match #2 - Nikki Bella (Scottsdale, Ariz.) vs. Brie Bella (Scottsdale, Ariz.)

Of course, I assume this is here to somehow build toward the unified Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania.

Matt Striker explains what the difference between biological and fraternal twins is. I enjoy the science.

So, this match ... Nikki (the bad Bella) has Brie (the good Bella) in a world of hurt. But Brie hits the worst clothesline I've seen in a while and then hits a bulldog on Nikki.

Miz and Morrison jump up on the apron, causing a distraction. The Colons fly over, but the distraction is enough to allow Nikki to roll up Brie for the win.

Winner via pinfall: Nikki Bella

Words do not describe how big of a waste of time that show was. Canadian fans, do not even bother with this one. I felt like I was watching the half-hour preview show that comes before all the pay-per-view events. Yikes.

Should be a good one!.
