Raw: DX have a jolly ol' time in England

Survivor Series is two weeks away, right? Then why is RAW over in Manchester, England? And will tonight's show actually build toward said pay-per-view?

DX kick things off, warming up and raucous crowd. Triple H runs down the list of the opponents they have dispatched. Vince, check. Shane, check. Eric Bischoff, check. The only ones left are Edge and Randy Orton. Jonathan Coachman comes out to rain on the DX parade. Coach tells the boys not to worry about Edge and Orton tonight. Those two will face Flair and Piper for the tag team title tonight, since DX cost them the win last week. Instead, DX should be worried about the $10,000 bounty that has been put on their heads. Triple H can't believe it; only $5,000 each. He calls Coach cheap. Coach doesn't care, his only concern is getting a ref to the ring.

Match # 1 -- DX vs. Cade, Murdoch, Viscera, and Haas

The match is already under way after the break. HBK with knife-edge chops to Cade, but catches Michaels with a boot to the chin. Murdoch tags in, as Cade hits a reverse atomic drop, and Murdoch nails a big boot. Viscera tags in and drops HBK with a sideslam. Haas tags in, kicking Michaels in the back. Triple H gets the hot tag, after an enzuigiri to Cade. Hunter clears the ring; HBK nails Vis with sweet chin music, knocking him off the apron, onto Cade and Murdoch. Triple H pedigrees Haas, and DX gets the win.

Winner by pinfall: DX

Backstage, Kenny tells the rest of his squad to collect that bounty on DX, as he and Johnny head to the ring for their match. DX walks through the back, and nonchalantly avoid the attacks.

Match #2 -- The Spirit Squad (Johnny and Kenny) vs. The Highlanders

Johnny and Robbie lock up, which Robbie breaks with a head butt. Rory tags in, but is worked over by the squad. Kenny with a rear chin lock, and taunts the crowd. Rory drops Kenny on the turnbuckle. Rory comes in, and the two hit a series of drop kicks on Kenny and Johny. Kenny is set up for a suplex off the ropes, but Johnny makes the save. Kenny then pushes Johnny into Rory, with both spilling from the ring. Kenny rolls up Robbie with an inside cradle to get the win.

Winner via pinfall: The Spirit Squad

After the match, Johnny isn't happy with the way Kenny won the bout.

Match #3 -- Masterlock Challenge -- Jerry "The King" Lawler

Jerry Lawler takes a seat in the ring. Masters takes his time locking in the hold, frustrating The King. Masters finally locks it on. Lawler fights with elbows to the head, but can't break the hold. Lawler passes out shortly after.

Winner: Chris Masters

HBK and Triple H are hanging out in their locker room, when Eugene shows up to collect the bounty. Triple H hands him a roll of paper towels. Eugene keeps knocking on the door, and getting it slammed in his face. Eugene charges into the room, and into the catering table.

Todd Grisham is backstage with Women's Champion, Lita. The champ says she'll beat Mickie anywhere.

DX is in the bathroom, and Hunter is feeling well. Trips doesn't see Chris Masters in the stall waiting for him, but he takes care of the Masterpiece.

Match #4 -- Umaga w/ Armando Alejandro Estrada vs. John Cena

Cena hits Umaga with a right to no effect. Cena tries to work over the Samoan Bulldozer, but Umaga lays him out. Cena is hit with a Samoan drop, and Umaga follows with a nerve pinch. Cena fights his way out, and hits the throwback. The champ has the big man teetering, and Umaga falls into the ropes, getting his arms tied up. Estrada tries to distract Cena, as Big Show hits the ring. The ECW champ chokeslams Cena.

Winner via DQ: John Cena

Estrada frees Umaga, and the two work over the champ. Umaga finishes Cena off with the Samoan Spike.

Coach is on the phone in his office, reporting that no one has collected the bounty, yet. HBK and Triple H interrupt, telling Coach they give up and will leave. Coach tells them if they leave, they aren't coming back, tonight. Hunter asks if they get the money, since they took themselves out. Coach says no, but Hunter takes the money anyway.

Match #5 -- Jeff Hardy vs. Nitro w/ Melina -- Intercontinental Title

Hardy gets a near fall with a shoulder block. Hardy then tosses Nitro from the ring, but the IC champ pulls him out. Hardy hits a drop kick coming over the top rope. Nitro slips from the ring, and Hardy hits a low drop kick, and then a cross body over the top rope. After the break, Hardy is dropped into the middle turnbuckle. Nitro nails Hardy with a kick coming off the ropes. Nitro locks in a rear chin lock. Hardy fights out, and is able to hang Nitro on the ropes. A series of clothesline and reverse mule kick gets a two count for Hardy. Nitro ducks the Whisper in the Wind, and Nitro responds with a sit down facebuster. Nitro comes off the middle turnbuckle, but Hardy counters with a powerbomb. Hardy goes up top and hits a swanton. Melina jumps on the apron distracting the ref. Melina grabs Hardy, allowing Nitro to drop him on the ropes. Nitro hits a corkscrew moonsault, and covers. Hardy reverse the pin, and get the three count.

Winner via pinfall ... and NEW Intercontinental champion ... Jeff Hardy

Nitro attacks Hardy after the bell with a DDT. Nitro then gets a ladder and smashes Hardy with it.

Hunter and Shawn are outside the arena, deciding what to do. Hunter wants to go back in to mess with people, but HBK points out the show is sold out. The boys see some scalpers, who turn out to be Cryme Tyme. Shawn handles the transaction since he "speaks jive." HBK gets the hook up.

Carlito is backstage reading the Daily Star, when Torrie stops by with a couple of Page 6 models. Torrie asks Carlito if he wants to go out with them, tonight. Carlito says he has an early flight, but Torrie offers to let him crash in her room.

Back in the arena, DX buys out a merchandise stand. They toss shirts to fans as they head to their ringside seats. And Triple H picks up a giant sausage.

Match #5 -- Mickie James vs. Lita -- Women's Title Match

Lita has good news for Mickie, this week she doesn't have to wrestle with one arm tied behind her back. The bad news is her legs will be shackled together. Mickie says Lita is the one who needs her legs tied together. Lita lays out Mickie, and then chokes her on the ropes. Lita yells at DX in the corner, allowing Mickie to get a shot in. DX gets a chant started for Lita. The Women's champ has heard enough, and confronts the two. Lita pushes Triple H, who in turn squirts mustard all over her. Lita rolls into the ring, and Mickie nails her with the sausage. Mickie hits a DDT, and gets the pin.

Winner via pinfall: Mickie James

After the match, Edge and Orton come to the ring, as security shows DX the door.

Match #6 -- Randy Orton and Edge w/ Lita vs. Roddy Piper and Ric Flair -- World Tag Team Championship Match

Orton and Edge jump Piper at ringside before the match. Piper takes chair shots to the head and knee. Flair tries to make the save, but Edge nails a one-man con-chair-to. The match starts, and Flair is forced to defend the belts by himself. Edge works on Flair, and Orton then beats on him in the corner. The Nature Boy fights his way out of the corner, but is knocked to the outside. Orton follows him, and hits a back suplex. Edge mocks Flair with a strut. Flair hits a low blow with the ref distracted. Edge tags back in, and Flair with a series of chops. Orton attacks from behind. Flair fights back, and looks for the figure four, but Edge cuts him off with a spear.

Winner via pinfall ... and NEW tag team champions ... Edge and Randy Orton

After the match, DX hits the ring with security on their tail. Hunter and Shawn fight them off, and clear the ring. One poor guy falls victim to a Pedigree. DX watch Orton and Edge show off the belts as they head back up the ramp.
