Trick or treat! Smell my feet! Give me something
good to eat. If you don't, I don't care. Just read my
report, if you dare! The treat tonight from WWE is a
costume contest between Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie.
Unfortunately the trick is the rest of the show, with
only three matches.
Al Snow rolls into Omaha, Nebraska with the Tough
Enough contestants. Big Show and the rest of the
superstar aren't pleased to see the new blood. In fact
Show kicks them out into the hallway, and says they
have to change there. Instead, Snow takes the boys to
the ring, and they are all ready down one contestant,
who quit earlier in the week. The first Tough Enough
challenge is to cut a 20 second promo on Big Show. I
don't think that's such a good idea. Big Show isn't
pleased with what was said and heads to the ring. Each
TE contestant is welcomed to the biz with a body slam
courtesy of Show.
Last week's main event is rehashed, featuring
Booker T. Read all about it here!
Match #1 - Chavo Guerrero vs. Nunzio
Billy Kidman has decided to join Michael Cole and
Tazz at ringside, to through in his own two cents.
Nunzio jumps Chavo as Kidman distracted him. Chavo
fights back and chops Nunzio into the corner. Kidman
tries to defend his actions to Cole and Tazz, as Chavo
decimates Nunzio. Nunzio hits a leg drop off the
second rope, and then chokes Chavo on the ropes. Chavo
fights his way out of the corner, and follows with a
clothesline and a back body drop. Nunzio slides out of
powerbomb, and both men clothesline each other. Nunzio
falls from the ring, as Chavo falls in the corner.
Kidman leaves the announce position, and tries a
shooting star press. Chavo rolls out of the way, and
then finishes of Nunzio with a Chavo Bomb.
Winner via pin fall: Chavo Guerrero
JBL is asked by Josh Matthews what it was like
to be pinned for the first time since before
Wrestlemania XX. Booker interrupts and tells JBL to
tell him he's afraid. Booker stand toe-to-toe with the
champ, before Orlando Jordan intervenes. Jordan tells
Booker he has to go through him to get to JBL. Booker
calls him a house boy. Teddy Long steps in to
diffuse the situation. Long books a match between
Booker T and Orlando Jordan, and if Booker wins he
will face JBL at Survivor Series for the title.
Heidenreich is on the phone with Paul Heyman.
Apparently, Heyman isn't listening, but Heidenreich is
begging Paul to get the Undertaker's signature for
their match.
Paul Heyman has arrived at an undisclosed location
to meet the Undertaker. I think I see Dick Cheney in
the background. Heyman tries to convince 'Taker that
this is Heidenreich's idea. Heyman leaves the contract
on the table; Undertaker reaches across and grabs it.
He signs it; the match is on! Undertaker then grabs
Heyman and tells him that he gave him a pass for the
Paul Bearer thing, but this contract isn't for a
match. It is for an execution.
Match #2 - Kurt Angle vs. Rey Mysterio
Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns have been banned
from ringside for this match. Riiiiight ... and the
Boston Red Sox are still cursed. Angle tied up Rey to
start. Angle picks up Rey and sets him on the top
turnbuckle. Angle takes down Mysterio with a side
headlock. Rey shoots him off the ropes, but is
clotheslined on the return. Kurt and Rey jaw at each
other, and Mysterio takes him down. Angle chases
Mysterio around the ring. Angle lunges at him, and
spills through the ropes. Back in the ring, Angle
kicks Mysterio in the gut, but Rey answers with head
scissors. Angle catches Mysterio and tosses him over
the ropes with a belly-to-belly suplex. We return from
commercial to find Rey being whipped into the corner.
Rey blocks the first belly-to-belly attempt, but he
can't block the second. Angle chokes Mysterio in the
corner with his boot. Angle locks in a reverse gut
wrench, but Rey is able to break the hold. Angle then
nails a German suplex. The Olympic champ keeps the
pressure on with a snap mare into a leg scissors.
Mysterio breaks free, and attempts a tilt-a-whirl head
scissors. Rey gets caught, but turns it into a
spinning DDT. Mysterio hits a springboard senton, and
follows up with a bulldog, but cannot get a pin. Angle
tries to lock in the ankle lock, but Mysterio knocks
him into the ropes. Angle ducks away from the 6-1-9.
An errant forearm knocks out the ref, and Mysterio
goes for another 6-1-9. Jindrak and Reigns hit the
ring, followed by RVD and Eddie Guerrero. Eddie hits
the frog splash on Angle, and then takes out Reigns
with body press. Mysterio covers Angle and gets the
win.
Winner via pin fall: Rey Mysterio
Torrie Wilson is getting her costume on when Kenzo
Suzuki enters her locker room. He says something I
(and Torrie) didn't understand, and she begs him to
leave.
Big Show is going to be on Star Trek: Enterprise.
I'm still not going to watch.
All the guys involved in the most recent match are
arguing in Teddy Long's office. Long announces that
they will have an old-school Survivor Series match at,
well, Survivor Series. Each team still needs to add
one member.
It's the weekly John Cena update. His kidney is
healing nicely, and he should be back in a few weeks.
Carlito Caribbean Cool is with Josh Matthews, with
his new thung Jesus. No not Christ, it's pronounced
hey-zeus. CCC admits he was at the club when Cena was
stabbed. CCC's thug then grabs Matthews so he can be
spit on.
Match #3 - Dawn Marie vs. Torrie Wilson - Halloween Costume Contest
I'll admit calling this a match is a stretch, but
at least they're not trying to wrestle. Torrie comes
dressed as a fairy, but "Hello, nurse!", Dawn Marie is
smoking. Dawn says this is what she wears to nurse
Charlie Haas back to health. A healthy Miss Jackie
returns to confront Dawn Marie. Torrie keeps Dawn in
the ring, and Miss Jackie attacks, stripping Dawn down
to her bra and panties.
Winner: Everyone (especially those in the
arena, as Dawn Marie almost totally lost her top)
It's Raw Rebound time, read Nick Tylwalk's report here.
Angle is freaking out of Big Show joining Angle's
team. Spike Dudley drops by with an offer. One member
of the Dudleys joins Team Angle, if they can
eliminate Angle's 'Big' problem. D-Von and Bubba
freak, but Spike says he has a plan.
The Tough Enough segment is recapped from earlier
in the show. Voting starts next week.
Match #5 - Orlando Jordan vs. Booker T
Booker and Jordan lock up, and do nothing. Both
men size each other up. Both men trade punches in the
middle of the ring. Jordan tried for a hip toss, but
Booker blocks it and responds with a clothesline.
Jordan is backed into the corner, and Booker wails on
him. Jordan tries a vertical suplex, but Booker goes
up and over, and responds with punches. Booker then
locks in an arm bar. Jordan breaks free, and chokes
Booker on the ropes. Booker hits a spin kick to lay
out Jordan. And then knocks Jordan over the top rope.
Booker venture to the outside, and slams Jordan off
the announce table. JBL stares down Booker as we go to
commercial. Booker T is in control coming back form
break. Booker slams Jordan to the mat, and follows
with a vertical suplex. Jordan is tossed from the
ring, and Booker confronts JBL. Jordan capitalizes on
a distracted Booker, and slams Book into the steps.
Booker is rolled back into the ring, and Jordan kicks
him in the ribs. Jordan slaps on a reverse chin lock.
Booker T fights out of the hold. Booker shoots off the
ropes, but is caught by Jordan, and then dropped on
the ropes. Jordan mocks Booker, and then goes to the
tope rope. Jordan hits the flying clothesline, but
Booker rolls though and almost gets the pin. Jordan
slaps on the reverse chin lock, again. Booker T hits a
swinging neck breaker off the ropes. Both men stagger
back to their feet, and Jordan keeps the pressure on
with right hands. Booker is brought to his knees with
kicks to the mid-section. Booker T is shot of the
ropes, but is able to hit a flapjack on Jordan. Booker
blocks a right hand, and chops back. Booker hits a
right hand coming off the ropes, and follows with a
clothesline and a spin kick. A spine buster precedes a
pin by Booker, but Jordan kicks out. A thrust kick to
the jaw puts Jordan down. JBL is knocked off the apron
by Booker T, and then hits the scissors kick on
Jordan. He covers for the pin. Booker T is going to
Survivor Series to face JBL for the title.
Winner via pin fall: Booker T
