The NWA has really made its mark on professional wrestling as top competition for the
WWE. However it seems as though each week they're losing their edge just a little bit
more. This week's show is again packed with lots of action. However, the only one on one
match up lasted about a minute and was totally predictable. Plus it was in a match that
makes you wonder, when is the NWA going to let the women handle their own
messes?
The first match of the night is another classic put out by the rising team of Michael Shane
and Frankie Kazarian.
Michael Shane & Frankie Kazarian w/ Traci VS Psycosis and La
Park
The attack starts on the rampway. There is a double team on Psycosis before the ref
finally gets Kazarian out of the ring. Psycosis gets Shane in headlock. Kazarian right
back in for the double team. They send Psycosis to the ropes, La Park tags himself in.
Shane and Kazarian charge at Psycosis who ducks. La Park grabs them in a headlock each
with their backs turned to Psycosis, who nails them with a split leg drop kick. All four in
the ring. Psycosis and La Park get a spear each on Shane and Kazarian. La Park centres
them for double splash and a double two count.
Shane and Kazarian get sent out of the ring. Psycosis off the rope on Shane and Kazarian.
La Park goes for the dive but he gets Psycosis and Shane. Shane recuperates first and
pulls Psycosis into the ring. He dominates and Kazarian gets in but Psycosis makes a tag
to a fairly fresh La Park.
Kazarian goes bouncing off the ropes to the outside. La Park to the outside for a dive on
Kazarian and hits a swinging neck breaker on his way down. La Park lays kicks into
Kazarian and then he grabs Traci for protection when La Park grabs a chair. La Park
doesn't want to hit Traci with the chair and Shane takes advantage from behind. He sends
La Park into the steel guard rails then puts him in the ring. Kazarian gets in the ring,
sends La Park into the ropes and gets a clothes line and a two count.
Shane in for the double suplex on La Park. Psycosis trying to talk to the ref about
Kazarian choking La Park on the ropes. Shane keeps the ref distracted with Psycosis till
La Park is weakened enough for a pin but he only gets a two count.
Kazarian in and puts La Park in a reverse chin lock. He gets out only to be sent back to
the mat. Kazarian dances around La Park mocking him, when he turns his back, La Park
spins up and clothesline Kazarian down. Both get the tag. Psycosis knocks Shane down,
Kazarian runs back in only to get a spinning heel kick. Shane gets whipped to the corner
for a short arm clothesline and then to the other corner for a repeat. Psycosis finishes off
with a bulldog and a pin but Kazarian breaks it at two.
La Park in throws Kazarian out, double teams on Shane. Double whip Shane to the ropes,
they charge, he ducks, Traci grabs La Park's feet. Shane ducks down for a back drop on
Psycosis off the ropes. Psycosis sees it puts the breaks on. He kicks Shane in the head and
goes for the clothesline when Shane puts his head up. Shane ducks his head back down,
and Kazarian is up to catch the clothesline and nails Psycosis first. Psycosis gets up and
Shane hits him with the superkick. Pin and the win.
Winners: Kazarian and Shane w/ Traci
On their way out, Team Canada comes in and Scott D'Amore is calling out Russo to
suspend The American Dream. Russo answers his challenge and says that he'll do things
the way he wants to handle business. If anyone has a concern they can meet with him in
his office. Rhodes comes out with Konnan and BG James. Dusty steps over Russo's
ruling and challenges Team Canada to a three on three, with D'Amore wrestling. Team
Canada accepts and Russo is upset with Dusty for stepping out of bounds. He suspends
Rhodes for the night and has him escorted out of the building, leaving a handicap match
with James and Konnan against D'Amore and two members of Team Canada.
Baby Bear w/ Goldilocks VS ? in La Park outfit w/ Desire
If the Bear wins Desire's contract is property of Goldilocks. If the mystery man wins,
Desire gets back Sonny Siaki
"La Park" runs to the ring only to be cut off by Baby Bear. Bear pummels him under the
ropes. "La Park" gets up and flings him across. Gets a chokeslam and a surprising three
count pin in less then a minute.
Sonny Siaki comes down to the ring area and hugs Desire. They slowly walk up the ramp
rubbing it in Goldi's face. The real La Park comes from behind with a chair wanting to
know who has his costume. It's revealed that it's Eric Watts. La Park is overjoyed and
dances while they make their way to the back. Goldi blames Abyss who wasn't near the
match and pushes him around. Bear pushes him around and Abyss goes for the chokeslam
and Goldi makes him put Bear down and continues to push Abyss around.
In the back it's revealed that Eric Watts' contract that Goldi owns expired on Aug. 20 and
he's really a free agent to work for whom ever he wants.
Winner: "La Park" Eric Watts w/ Desire
Due to a family emergency with Vito, he couldn't show for his match with Vaugn. Its
replacement is a four way Tornado match for the number one contender to the X
title.
Joey Matthews VS Jason Gross VS Sonjay Dutt Vs Chris Sabin
Dutt hits 619 on Matthews and gets a two count. Matthews out, Dutt goes for dive,
Matthews ducks, Dutt puts on the breaks, Matthews tries to elevate him up but Dutt
makes a handstand on the apron and head scissors Matthews to the floor.
Sabin and Gross are in the ring, Sabin gets a pair of arm drags and two count. All four in
the ring and it's broken down into a tag match with Sabin and Dutt VS Gross and
Matthews. Dutt hits drop kicks on Gross and Matthews from the top. Sabin dives on the
both of them. Sabin and Dutt each hit the hurricanranna on them, for a double two
count.
Double team on Dutt after Sabin is tossed out. Matthews tells Gross to go for the pin just
to hit Gross from behind and get a pin himself. Two count. Double team on Dutt, Gross
knocked down. Dutt goes to the top, Matthews catches him up there and goes for the
suplex down but Dutt holds on. Sabin and Gross get on either side of Matthews and
throws him down giving him momentum to toss Dutt up and over. Dutt gets the worst of
it and Gross goes for the pin on Dutt. Two count. All four battle it out and Dutt hits the
top rope press for the win.
Winner: Sonjay Dutt
Triple X's Prime Time Elix Skipper and The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels VS
AMW
The attack starts right on the platform. Daniels and Storm get in the ring to start things
off. Daniels is in complete control. They cut away to Harris and Skipper where Harris
knocks out Skipper with a cooler behind the announce table. They go back to the ring and
Storm is in control of Daniels. Harris gets to the ring to help with a double team. Skipper
gets in to help Daniels and ends up going at it with Storm. Skipper to the ropes and gets a
blind tag from Daniels, who hits a spinning heel kick to Storm. Daniels beats on Storm
and makes a quick tag back to Skipper. Gut wrench take over and a two count. Tags back
in Daniels. Pummelling Storm blaming him for the shoulder injury. Storm off ropes,
ducks, clothesline, grabs, Daniels' leg to get him to the mat. Daniels back up cuts off tag
to Harris. Harris gets frustrated and runs in only to distract the ref who tries to get him
out. Skipper chokes Storm behind the ref. he goes on top but Storm manages a spine
buster.
Both tag out. Harris can't wait to get his hands on Daniels. Skipper comes in to help
Daniels but gets a scoop slam for his troubles. Slam on Daniels and a two count. Skipper
outside, double team on Daniels. While on shoulders he gets clothesline down. Skipper in
for the save. Double team on Skipper. Storm gets the superkick and hurts his knees.
Harris goes to the top for the splash. Again, Skipper breaks the pin. Harris gets Skipper
and the Naturals come out. They throw powder in they eyes of Harris and Skipper. Match
ends in no contest. Naturals declare that if there is no winner than there is no contenders
to their belts. Larry Zabysko comes out and says he's tired of this crap. He makes a
sudden death match for Impact on Friday. The winners face the Naturals for the Tag Belts
next week on PPV.

Scott D'Amore, Hot Shot Jonny Divine and Showtime Eric Young VS BG James and
Konnan of 3 Live Krew
Young and Konnan start things off. Konnan has a rocking horse cradle submission move
on, Divine breaks it up and gets into a head/ arm bar submission, Young breaks that up
and gets into gets into a submission as well. Young breaks that and they run to the their
corner for some recuperation. James and Divine in the ring. Headlock on Divine, reverse,
Young in gets a boot in his face. James and Divine go at it, Divine off the ropes, blind
tag, knocks James down, Young goes to the turnbuckle for an elbow drop a la HBK and
he looked exactly like his hero doing it. He gets a two count on James.
James on ropes choking. D' Amore finally in, gets punches in on a weakened James and a
two count. Konnan for save, D'Amore rushes out on his knees in fear. Young in gets
James in team Canada corner while Young distracts the ref taunting Konnan. Divine
comes in for a two count on James. Young back in head on turnbuckles. Divine in for the
two on one. Konnan finally in and magically James has energy. Gets Team Canada down,
D'Amore in, and Dusty makes his way through the crowd and into the ring. Pounds on
D'Amore, Divine gets pinned for the win. Russo comes out in a rage over Dusty's
defiance. For the first time as Board of Directors, he goes over the ref and reverses the
decision. He says it's a DQ on 3 Live Krew and Team Canada picks up the
win.
Winners: Team Canada
Kid Kash, Dallas and Monty Brown VS Ron the Truth Killings, AJ Styles and Jeff
Hardy
Styles and Kash start things off with slugs and headlocks. Blind tag to Truth who gives a
drop toe hold to Kash into the ropes. Truth sends Kash flying. Styles and Hardy in,
sending Dallas to the outside. Brown to the outside. Triple dive from the front three sides
of the ring. Styles and Kash on their feet first. Styles tags to Hardy who puts on a
headlock then tags Truth. He gets a two count. Truth send Kash to Kash's corner and
Brown nails Truth. Brown in beating Truth to the mat. Sling to the ropes, Truth does a
handstand on the rope to avoid attack from Brown. Backflips off and turns to avoid a
clothesline and gets a spinning kick. Brown back up, and puts Truth in abdominal stretch.
Kash holds Monty's hand to torture Truth more. Truth elbows out, goes for hip toss,
Brown reverses goes for hip toss, Truth does reverse DDT. Both tag.
Styles in with Dallas, head scissors tilta world. Styles to the ropes Spring board to cross
body, gets caught for Samoan drop, Hardy drop-kicks Styles in the back to get him in a
pinning position on Brown. Two count. Kash in with inverted surfboard. Brown takes
cheap shots on Styles while Kash is ripping Styles in two. He slings Styles out using his
leg strength. Styles lands on his face. Brown and Styles are going at it now. Kash in for
the double team on Styles. Brown whips Styles to the ropes, ducks, drop kick to Brown.
Styles gets up for tag, Brown grabs his foot and pulls him into position for Samoan drop
again. Two count.
Kash in, exchange of punches to the head. Kash gives a low blow and receives one.
Double clothes line on Kash and Brown. Both tag to Dallas and Hardy. hardy connects
with high flying offence but quickly gets sent out. Kash and Brown go out. Styles and
Truth double team Dallas. Hardy on top for Swan-ton bomb and a three
count.
Jeff Jarrett comes out and beats on Styles. Brown gets up and pulls Jarrett off so he can
beat on Styles. Jarrett comes back in and says let's do it together. Brown agrees and they
double team on Styles hurting his injured knee. Jarrett slaps the figure four leg lock on
him and they go off the air.
Winners: AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy and Ron the Truth Killings
Good show, but I'm begging the NWA, if you can let a two move guy like Monty Brown
go for the belt please, PLEASE, let the women fight each other!!!
