Austrian Jurgen Melzer and Iveta Benesova of the Czech Republic clinched the Wimbledon mixed doubles championship with a straight-set victory on Sunday.
The ninth-seeded duo beat the fourth-seeded tandem of India's Mahesh Bhupathi and Russian Elena Vesnina 6-3, 6-2 in a 51-minute match on Centre Court.
Melzer and Benesova did not drop a single set on their way to the title.
The winning team will split $150,000.
