Eugenie Bouchard admitted Thursday wasn’t her brightest moment on the world tennis stage.

But, despite falling to Maria Sharapova in the French Open semi-final, the day wasn’t a total loss.

The 20-year-old rising star is the only woman to reach both the Aussie and French semifinal, and her performance at Roland Garros should move her up to No. 12 when WTA rankings are released Monday.
