Marbella, Spain - Top-seeded Victoria Azarenka rolled to a straight-set win over Sara Errani in the semifinals at the Andalucia Tennis Experience, but she won't face second-seeded Svetlana Kuznetsova in the final after qualifier Irina-Camelia Begu knocked off the two-time Grand Slam champ. Azarenka needed a mere 74 minutes to post a 6-2, 6-1 victory in Saturday's first semifinal before Begu went more than three hours to claim a 3-6, 7-6 (7-3), 6-4 triumph over Kuznetsova in the second. The marathon between Kuznetsova and Begu featured a combined 15 breaks of serve. Each player had 22 break-point chances as both struggled with their respective serves. Kuznetsova broke serve three times in winning the opening set, but Begu raced out to a 4-0 lead in the second only to watch the Russian veteran rally by winning the next four games. The set eventually went to a tiebreaker, which Begu dominated. The two traded breaks throughout the third, but Begu managed to pull it out and advance to her first career title match. The 20-year-old Romanian had never won a main-draw match on the WTA level until this week's tournament. Azarenka, meanwhile, will enter Sunday's title tilt on a 10-match winning streak and will be trying for her second crown in as many weeks. The Belarussian won the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami last week, beating Kim Clijsters, Vera Zvonareva and Maria Sharapova in her final three matches. She won each of those matches in straight sets and has continued that dominance this week, having dropped just a total of 14 games in her four matches. Azarenka is 6-6 all-time in WTA finals. This week's winner will claim $37,000.
