NEW YORK -- The top-seeded team of Americans Liezel Huber and Bob Bryan captured the 2010 mixed doubles title at the U.S. Open.

Huber and Bryan beat an unseeded tandem of Czech Kveta Peschke and Pakistan's Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi 6-4, 6-4 in Thursday's mixed final at the National Tennis Center.

The 32-year-old Bryan now owns seven major mixed doubles titles, including four U.S. Open championships, while the 34-year-old Huber is now a two-time major mixed doubles titlist. The two also captured a mixed title together at last year's French Open.

Huber and Bryan will split $150,000.
