Clijsters, Henin will play Fed Cup
By Sports Network

BRUSSELS, Belgium -- Former world No. 1s Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin will play for Belgium in next month's quarterfinal Fed Cup matchup against the visiting United States.

The best-of-five tie will be staged February 5-6 at Antwerp Sports Palace.

The reigning U.S. Open champion Clijsters and 2010 Australian Open runner-up Henin led Belgium to its lone Fed Cup title in 2001.

The three-time U.S. Open winner Clijsters and seven-time major champion Henin will be joined by world No. 23 Yanina Wickmayer and 78th-ranked Kirsten Flipkens on the Belgian squad. The rising Wickmayer will play in a final in Auckland this weekend.

The 17-time champion U.S. lost to Italy in the last two Fed Cup finals and hasn't won the chalice since 2000.

The Americans, who have reached the Fed Cup semifinals the last six years, are 5-1 all-time versus Belgium.

Do you think it's a good idea for the U.S. Open to hold the men's final on a Monday?
