Vasek Pospisil's victory Tuesday over Russia's Evgeny Donskoy gives Canada three players in the second round of the SAP Open in San Jose, Calif.

The 22-year-old from Vancouver won 7-5, 6-1, needing just 71 minutes to eliminate Donskoy, his first ATP Tour win since returning following a bout with mononucleosis.

In the second round, Pospisil will face No. 2 seed John Isner of the U.S. for the second time in his career. He defeated the American 6-3, 3-6, 7-6(9) at Valencia in 2011.

The win comes on the heels of Jesse Levine's victory over American Bradley Klahn Monday night. The Ottawa native will face No. 4 seed Tommy Haas of Germany in the next round.

Milos Raonic, the tournament's No. 1 seed, received an opening-round bye. The Thornhill, Ont., native is the defending champion, having won the tournament the last two years.
