Daniel Nestor falls at ATP World Tour championship
By QMI Agency

Canadian Daniel Nestor and doubles partner Max Mirnyi of Belarus failed Friday to qualify for the semifinals of the ATP World Tour championship in London.

The duo lost 7-6(5), 6-7(5) and 10-5 to Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna of India in the final match of the Group B round-robin.

Nestor had reached the final of this event in four of the previous five years with three different partners -- Mirnyi, Nenad Zimonjic and Mark Knowles.

The Nestor-Mirnyi partnership is ending with this season now in the books. Nestor, 40, will team up with Bhupathi next year.
