Murray up next for Raonic

Canadian Milos Raonic survived a 60-minute first set en route to a 7-6(7), 6-2 victory Friday over Arnaud Clement at the Sony Ericsson Open at Key Biscayne, Fla.

On the women's side of the tournament, Canadian Aleksandra Wozniak came from behind to defeat No. 28 seed Monica Niculescu of Romania, 4-6 6-3 6-4.

Raonic, of Thornhill, Ont., seeded No. 26, had 17 aces against the journeyman from France.

In the third round, Raonic, 21, will face Andy Murray, who is ranked No. 4 in the world. Murray opened with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Alejandro Falla.

Wozniak, 24, is advancing to the third round of a WTA event for the first time in her career.
