MONTREAL - Spain's Rafael Nadal is still licking his wounds after his early exit from the Rogers Cup, but he found time to enjoy a quintessential Montreal experience -- a ride on a Bixi rental bike.

A local DJ snapped a photo of Nadal riding a Bixi at Phillips Square, near the historic Bay store downtown.

A second Twitter user also posted photos of the world's No. 2 player touring Montreal on two wheels.

Nadal was seen at various locations near the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, where he's staying in an exclusive suite.

Nadal was ousted from the Rogers Cup in the second round on Wednesday, falling to Croatian Ivan Dodig.
