Milos Raonic edged up one more spot in the ATP world rankings after a reasonably successful run at the Barcelona Open.

The 20-year-old tennis whiz from Thornhill, Ont., moved up to a career-best 27th Monday after making it to the third round of Barcelona's clay-court tourney last week. Raonic, who is 4-2 on the clay this spring, and Spain's Albert Montanes swapped spots on the ATP rankings.

Raonic is seeded fifth for the Estoril Open, an ATP 250 event, in Portugal this week and will play Russian Igor Andreev in the first round Tuesday. Fifth-ranked Robin Soderling of Sweden is the top seed in Estoril.

Do you think it's a good idea for the U.S. Open to hold the men's final on a Monday?
