Canadian tennis sensation Milos Raonic, who last week won his first ATP event in San Jose, has advanced to his second straight final.
Raonic, who grew up in Thornhill, Ont., ran his winning streak to eight matches after defeating American opponent Mardy Fish 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 in the semifinal of the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships in Memphis on Saturday.
He will face either Andy Roddick or Juan Martin del Potro in the final, who play later this evening.
Raonic, who has a cannon of a serve, earned another 23 aces on Saturday. He leads the tournament with 97 in total.
Raonic is set to become the highest-ranked Canadian in ATP history, likely settling in at No. 37, according to the tour.
