If injury reports were based on thumbs and smiles, Michael Bradley is a lock to at least travel to Dallas this weekend.

Toronto FC’s midfield linchpin took part in light training Thursday at the club’s Kia Training Ground.

He gave a colleague and me a thumbs up as we exited the facility before saying he felt “good,” which echoed what his head coach told reporters a few minutes before that.

“We’ll see tomorrow. We’re training here before we fly to Dallas,” Ryan Nelsen said of Bradley, who missed last weekend’s loss to Colorado with an injured quad.

“Twenty-four hours is a long time. If there’s no negative feedback from what he has done today, we’ll be close to making that decision.”

He’s already made the decision on a few others.

After suffering a hamstring injury last weekend, Dwayne De Rosario has been ruled out for Saturday’s away date.

Alvaro Rey, Doneil Henry and Jermain Defoe won’t travel either.
