TORONTO - So that’s what Toronto FC head coach Ryan Nelsen meant Monday afternoon.

“There’s stuff lined up,” he told the Toronto Sun when asked about the impending summer transfer window.

Shortly after, the Reds sent the top allocation spot to Chivas USA, who used it to sign returning U.S. international Carlos Bocanegra, in exchange for a 2015 first-round draft pick and an international roster spot.

The roster spot, it seems, could be filled in the coming weeks.
