Bermudian international and former Ipswich winger Reggie Lambe, is set to join TFC pending receipt of his international transfer papers.

With Joao Plata's re-signing said to be close to completion, the 20-year-old, who impressed Toronto's staff during a short trial in October, is another attacking piece as the club looks to continue shaping its system under head coach Aron Winter.

"We are very happy to add a young and talented player like Reggie Lambe," Winter said. "Reggie is a dangerous winger with a great amount of speed and ability. He will be an important player and will fit in well with our club."

Lambe began his career with English Championship side Ipswich before going on loan to Bristol where he made seven appearances earlier this year. He has 12 caps for his home nation and most recently competed in the second round of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying before Bermuda was eliminated by Guyana.

Lambe has four goals for the island nation since joining his country's full side at the age of 16.
