Less than 24 hours after celebrating their first win on BMO Field turf, Toronto FC's players were back on the pitch.
The team is preparing to face defending MLS champions Houston Dynamo Wednesday.
Coach Mo Johnston said he would not allow his team to get too high after its 3-1 win Saturday over Chicago.
"I'm not going overboard over one game. This is a process here." Johnston said.
Johnston said he may lean to playing 19-year-old striker Andrea Lombardo Wednesday. Lombardo was Canada's best player in its U20 friendly against Argentina Friday, and set up Maurice Edu's goal Saturday after coming on as a second-half sub.
Striker Danny Dichio, author of the franchise's first goal, will be suspended because of the red card he picked up Saturday. Johnston expects striker Alecko Eskendarian to return from a calf injury.
